Spacious, clean and comfortable apartments with generous balconies or terraces, some overlooking the pool.
The pool area was great - clean, not crowded and perfect for relaxing.
Good location: close to the beach, yet away from the busiest, noisiest part of Sunny Beach.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and ironing facilities in some apartments.
Some cleaning oversights.
Limited fresh linen/towel changes unless requested directly.
Communication challenges - limited English spoken by some staff and no reception at certain times

Разположението на мястото е добро - горе долу в началото на Слънчев бряг, далеч от лудницата, близо до плажа и по-големите и известни плажни нощни заведения. В хотела има 4-5 места за паркиране (имайте предвид, че стават за малка до средно голяма кола, като влизането и излизането е трудно), а в непосредствена близост има и голям охраняем платен паркинг.
Стаята (най-вече банята) не беше добре почистена при настаняването. Поставката за главата на душа в банята беше счупена, а прозорецът не се затваряше (откъдето влизат и комари). Имаше проблеми с климатика - вътрешното тяло прокапа точно до леглото, което наложи изключването му до идването на техниците, а жалузите (щорите за направление на въздуха) не работеха изобщо, като хоризонталната дори падаше няколкократно.
