Karine has a beautiful home in a great, quiet rural position, while being a 5 minute drive from a town with all the amenities and half an hour from Marseille airport. She was an excellent hostess, who walked us through the house on our first night and was more than happy to help with any requests. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great two weeks in this lovely house set in olive groves. Karine was a delightful host and very kindly met us when we arrived early and gave us a comprehensive tour round the house and grounds along with recommendations of places to visit. The beautiful bowl of fruit to welcome us was a lovely touch. We had no problems at all and had a really relaxing time lazing by the pool or visiting various Provençal towns and villages before chilling on the verandah at night. All in all a lovely place for a chilled holiday and we hope to be back soon.

Beautiful house! We enjoyed the lovely big pool and there was plenty of space for us all to relax. Unfortunately home away did not put the information about the 2000 Euros damage deposit in the app - so that was a bit of a surprise when we found out we had to pay a few days before! We had a fabulous holiday all in all - thank you Karine!

The home is situated 5 minutes out of Pelissanne on a country road and is very quiet and relaxing.The house is a comfortable 2 story Mediterranean style home with a porch looking out over an olivegrove.It is convenient to shopping (LeClerc is perhaps 10 minutes by car).Restaurants are nearby such as the chain Le Boucherie and seafood restaurants.The Sunday Market is wonderful with local fruits, vegetables, eggs olives and pretty much anything you can think of!The home is well cared for and very comfortable. Karine is extremely courteous and takes obvious pridein her home.It is situated close to many historic areas such as Avignon, Arles and other significant areas ofancient Roman ruins and cities of interest.At the end of the day, it is a relaxing and comfortable place to crash and enjoy some quiet time.The beds are comfortable and the decor is well appointed.There is a large pool behind the home which, due to the time of year, we did not use, but has a newliner and should be summer ready.All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home and would certainly return should we come to thisarea again.

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home and would certainly return should we come to this area again.

We arrived earlier than expected on our appointed day and the owner was there to greet us. She showed us around describing the features and functions of the house and answered any questions we had. We were a group of 8 and spent 4 days at the villa near the village of Pellessanne traveling to local vineyards, towns, Cassis, Aix, and a local chateau that was recommended by the owner. The location is excellent for visiting this part of Provence especially as the airport is only 30 minutes away. The house is in the Provencial style, in a park like setting, very new and everything was as expected. There is a new market a few minutes away that had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is in a country setting so in the evening it is very quiet and we enjoyed good local wine after a day of sight seeing. Karine was very gracious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "L'Oliveraie de Mathilde" , especially my wife as our trip to France was for her 50th birthday. 8 Canadians

We (our family of four with another family of four) spent a week in this beautiful house. It was very well equipped and the interior design is very nice as well. The garden/surroundings of the house are extremely spacious and also very nicely kept. The only drawbacks were the non-functioning pool-heating (of which we were informed by the landlady immediately after booking the house, which we appreciated a lot) and the hidden additional costs for cleaning, which were not visible on homeaway. Also, tje formalities before and after the rental were a bit exaggerated (I have rented houses via homeaway in the whole world and this one was by far the most complicated one in terms of formalities). But I would anyways go back anytime.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en Provence. Cette maison est très agréable à vivre, pratique et fonctionnelle (rien ne manque et il y a bien plus qu'il ne faut). Les photos reflètent bien la réalité des lieux. Nous avons pleinement apprécié le calme, les extérieurs avec entre autres la très belle et grande piscine, la table de ping-pong, le BBQ et la climatisation... Si vous jouez du piano alors vous prendrez beaucoup de plaisir à jouer sur le demi-queue présent dans le salon et dont la sonorité est juste (piano accordé) et chaleureuse. Quel bonheur de se sentir seuls au monde ! Cette maison est par ailleurs idéalement située pour visiter la région riche en Histoire (Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, les Baux de Provence...) et admirer de magnifiques paysages (les calanques de Cassis, la Camargue...). Karine est très professionnelle, agréable et toujours à l'écoute. Dès les premiers échanges, elle a su répondre à nos demandes avec précision, générosité et gentillesse. Nous ajoutons donc avec grand plaisir notre témoignage aux précédents pour confirmer les 5 * bien méritées de cette Villa.

La propriétaire est sérieuse et disponible. La maison est très calme , bien entretenue et la piscine est spacieuse . Les photos et le descriptif sont bien conformes à la réalité ( vu qui n’est pas toujours le cas avec d’autres ) Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille et reviendrons très probablement.

La plus belle maison que j’ai loué depuis des annees. Karine est une personne super sympa, à l’ecoute, et là pour répondre à toutes les questions qu’on avait. Maison propre, bien placé, super u, lidl, leclerc darty station d’essence à proximité. Piscine magnifique (pas ee vis à vis) . Même Pas besoin de sortir de la maison pour s’amuser. J’y retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir. Merci karine

Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans chaque chambre, le séjour clair et spacieux, la terrasse à l'ombre aux heures chaudes...le show quotidien de la patrouille de France était distrayant car de qualité et pas trop long, un séjour très agréable !

Tout a été parfait. Accueil très chaleureux et attentif par Karine. Maison impeccable à l'arrivée. Rien ne manque, en particulier dans la cuisine pour ce qui est essentiel (et au delà..). Piscine parfaitement sécurisée et très propre grâce au robot nettoyeur programmé la nuit. la climatisation dans les chambres a été plus qu'appréciée. Beaux espaces extérieurs et intérieurs. Accueil chaleureux de Mme Romano, toute la famille a profité avec plaisir pendant une semaine de la maison et de son cadre. La maison est belle, au calme, au milieu des pins et des oliviers, l'intérieur est agréable et la cuisine est largement pourvue de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec 5 enfants dans l'Oliveraie de Mathilde. De 2 à 14 ans, comme pour les grands, le lieu a très bien convenu à tous : nous étions ravis à l unanimité, comme reposés & amusés, + mention particulière pour la piscine qui est vraiment top !

Obwohl wir bereits am nächsten Tag anreisen wollten, war die Vermieterin super nett und hat es tatsächlich geschafft das Haus sauber zu machen und uns zugesagt. Sie hat sogar versucht den Pool in der kurzen Zeit zu heizen. Wir waren zu 2 Familien mit 6 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen da. Eine Tischtennisplatte , Kicker, Schaukel für die Kinder und ein riesiger , ich glaub 4000m2 Garten. Sehr schön gelegen in dem 6000 alten kleinen Dorf Pelissanne. Super Ausflugsziel nach Avignon, ca. 40 Min . Nach Marseille ca. 30 Min. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Sehr sauber. Sehr sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir waren baff.
