The apartment was as described, and the owners very helpful. The bathroom is a little cramped, but was fine for 2 people - might be a problem if there are more than 2 guests. Plenty of storage etc, and patio furniture. The expectation that guests either provide their own linen, or wash it prior to departure, at 10.00am, was we felt a little unrealistic. Overall a great stay.

Petit appartement très bien placé car donnant directement sur la plage. Le parc et la piscine sont idéalement entretenus. L'appartement en lui même est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et la terrasse de belle taille. Les photos sont conformes, que de bonnes surprises. La remise des clés par le gardien très sympathique et très disponible et prêt à vous renseigner si besoin facilite les choses. Les propriétaires ont eu la bonne idée de mettre un petit classeur à astuces pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la région. Le centre ville et port de Dénia sont à 10mn en voiture et une grande surface à moins de 5mn. Bref le pied à terre idéal pour se poser et/ou visiter.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables à Dénia dans cette appartement, la proximité de la plage, la piscine, la tranquillité aussi car nous étions décalés par rapport aux vacanciers....Un petit "b mol" il manquait la climatisation pour passer de meilleur nuit....Mais si non la ville de Dénia est bien placé pour visiter les alentours...très belle région.

El apartamento se ajusta a lo descrito. Apropiado para 2-3 personas, más quedaría bastante justo. Menaje y equipación correctos. Urbanización tranquila, al menos en mayo, a pie de playa. Ojo, el propietario cobra 15 euros más, a pagar al portero, que no están especificados en la oferta ni en el pago final.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est parfait pour une famille de 5 personnes, il est également très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié (surtout les enfants) la piscine de cette résidence et l'accès rapide et en toute sécurité à la plage. A recommander.

Notre séjour à DENIA s'est très bien passé, nous avons trouvé le logement très propre, très bien agencé, une literie tout à fait correcte et la résidence parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons pu apprécier : - le calme de la résidence, - l'accès direct à la plage, - toutes les documentations misent à disposition par la propriétaire pour faire des excursions (La région est vraiment très belle et à cette période de l'année il y a peu de touristes) - et la possibilité de pouvoir bénéficier du Wifi. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire est vraiment un plus. La location est à recommander c'est certain. Philippe M

Nous avons trouvé cette location à la dernière minute ... Je peux vous assurer que cette location est bien réelle et que nous y avons passé une semaine fantastique ! L'appartement est tout équipé , wifi etc il est très propre et la literie très bonne. Nous avons profité de la belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer ainsi que de l'accès direct à la plage et de sa piscine. La résidence est très bien entretenue comme l'appartement ! Vous n'aurez aucun soucis pour le parking puisque l'appartement a aussi un parking à disposition. Le centre est seulement à quelques minutes du logement ce qui vous permet de profiter du calme de la plage et de la vie animée le soir. Je finirais par remercier la propriétaire avec qui j'ai eu un excellent rapport et je la remercie pour sa disponibilité en tout temps si vous désirez la joindre. Je classerais cet appartement au dessus de 5 étoiles et la gentillesse de la propriétaire rare de nos jours. Une location à ne pas louper !!! Encore merci et nous y reviendrons cela est certain . Appartement très agréable, avec le double avantage de permettre l'accès à la mer au sable fin et à la piscine à la fois. Il vaut mieux prévoir une voiture pour qui souhaite visiter Denia et les alentours. La propriétaire et le gardien sont de plus d'une gentillesse extrême. A recommander sans aucun doute.

"Nous avons passer un séjour très agréable à Dénia. La résidence est très bien située avec piscine et bord de mer. Pour l''appartement, il était comme dans l''annonce, sauf peut-être la chambre 1 personne qui se trouvait finalement dans l''entrée. Tout est à disposition. Le hic : nous sommes arrivés et l''appartement était plutôt sale, le frigo pas vidé..nous avons était obligé de repasser la serpillière à notre arrivée. Nous pensons que le concierge et les femmes de ménage ne sont pas aller dans l''appartement avant notre arrivée."

On a apprecié beaucoup le travail du concièrge, l''environement était soigneusement maintenu, il était très gentill et sympa. Les chaines françaises du satellite n''étaient pas suffisantes, car elles n''ont pas presenté la météo pour Espagne. On a reusi de trouver les chaines espagnoles dans le cable de la télé (decodeur satellite en arrêt) sur le canaux 801,802 etc. "
