We had a wonderful stay in Ferienhof Franzelin, Termeno. Its a beautiful place. Marielle our host was super. Very friendly, helpful and really interested in making sure her guests have a great stay. It was so good we are considering going back in Spring next year.

Amazing! Would recommend to everyone who wants to stay in a peacful but lovely town in South Tyrol.

Marianne’s place is exactly as described! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We especially loved the lovely balcony overlooking their beautiful vineyard. Marianna is an exceptional host, always available and happy to help. She provided us with all the essential information about the apartment, nearby attractions, how to get around, and what not to miss in South Tyrol. Communication with her was quick, effortless, and smooth from start to finish. We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely come back!

We loved the location, in the middle of a vineyard with a beautiful view on the church of Tramin from the garden of our appartment. Marianne made us feel very welcome. She provided us with lots of useful information about things to do in South-Tirol

Intero appartamento, bagno nuovo e molto bello, temperatura perfetta camere pulite e accoglienti e cucina con tutto il necessario.

Ideal um Tramin, Umgebung, Wein, kulinarische Köstlichkeiten genießen.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns bereits erwartet, und persönlich das Zimmer gezeigt. Einen persönlichen Umgang finden wir sehr viel besser als eine anonyme Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr schön ist auch, dass es frische Äpfel und Wein vom Haus gibt. Wir haben viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten, und auch wie man die Busfahrten organisiert und konnten so die ganze Zeit das Auto umweltfreundlich stehen lassen und stressfreie Fahrten mit Bus und Bahn unternehmen.

Der Abstand zum Nachbarhaus ist ein bisschen zu gering, aber daran kann man nichts ändern.

Zuerst ist sofort die Herzlichkeit von Marianne zu erwähnen; waren das erste Mal bei Ihr und wurden so herzlich und freundlich empfangen, ganz klasse. Hatten von unserer Ferienwohnung einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die kleine Kapelle und auch ins Tal. Lage ist super gut und auch der kleine Supermarkt um die Ecke war genial. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder - Danke Marianne für die schönen Tage.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Urlaub

- sehr schönes Haus - Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet - Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - man erreicht zu Fuß sehr gut das Zentrum vom Ort - sehr schöner Ausblick

- im Sommer wäre ein Ventilator in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gewesen. - die Terrassentüre ermöglicht auch im geschlossenen Zustand , dass sehr viele Ohrenkneifer in die Wohnung kommen.

Ein Kleinod zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Neues Bad, separates WC. Holzböden, hohe luftige Räume. Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon in den hauseigenen mediterranen Garten und den hauseigenen Weinberg. Sehr ruhige Unterkunft in idyllischer Lage und sehr sehr freundliche, stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Eine Wohlfühloase für uns. Danke an Frau Marianne für die wunderschönen Tage!!
