Short and convenient stay

Location and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good We had a problem. We booked originally the two bedroom apartment but it was not available. We ended up having two separated bedrooms. Staff washelpful and we found solutions that could accommodate my family. Bedding is ok and clean Room was clean Easy parking Quiet

Avoid at any cost!

The staff is friendly and it’s located not too far from the Lac Blanc.

The hotel was due for renovation 10-15 years ago. The room is missing the basics (eg. hand soap?!) Our main reason to stay here was the pool- but we ended up not using it- as it looks much better in the pictures + no hairdryer available i the pool changing area or in the room.. It puzzles me how this place got 3 stars (I’ve stayed in some better looking no-stars hotels..) and such a relatively high user rating on Booking.. In so many words- stay here only if you have no alternatives!

La facilité de se déplacer dans l’établissement, l’accueil bienveillant et plein d’empathie du personnel. La piscine qui nous a bien rafraîchit en soirée ainsi que les différents jeux à laquelle nous avons pu jouer, ping-pong billard, baby-foot.

L’emplacement de la chambre qui donnait sur un toit où il y avait la restauration ainsi que le manque de climatisation, car il faisait extrêmement chaud, ce jour-là 34°

Preis-Leistung ist gut. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Kinder gibt es viel Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Billard, ein Spielzimmer, Spiele und Bücher zum leihen.

Musste auf mein Zimmer warten obwohl ich eineinhalb Stunden nach möglichen Check in ankam. Meinre per Mail gebuchte Halbpension war nicht gebucht und am zweiten Tag war die Buchung erneut nicht vermerkt. Es war recht laut. Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen. In der Dusche war Schimmel an der Decke.

Tolle Unterkunft vor allem für Familien.

Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr freundliches Personal. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil wir alle etwas krank waren. Aber er sah wunderschön aus. Das Personal haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, aber über Mail war der Kontakt immer sehr freundlich und unkomplizierter. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Zimmern. Das war für uns als Familie sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
