Studio cabin (sleeps 4) in the center port of Cap d Agde, the number one leisure city in Languedoc, ideal for families and couples in a residence on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer, swimming pool, lift and solarium.
Completely renovated and equipped, air-conditioned, parquet floor, to accommodate you: plenty of storage, dishes, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, toaster, kettle, flat screen plancha, sofa bed for 2 adults (slatted base) and bultex mattress), 2 bunk beds in the cabin, bathroom with bathtub, small terrace with table and chairs
3rd and last floor with elevator to the very bright floor, swimming pool, individual private parking space and not attached secure residence, wi-fi (for teens)
For the same weekly rate and to lighten your suitcases I can, at your request, provide sheets and pillowcases as well as bath linen and a travel cot if a young child (duvets are obviously provided)
15 minutes from the (numerous) beaches on foot, all shops nearby, restaurants, pharmacy, mini-market, fishmonger, bakeries, Saturday morning market 5 minutes' walk away, caterers, bicycle rental (secure bicycle park in the residence). Close to the leisure and aqualand island, international golf 5 minutes by car, Bagnas nature reserve, 25 minutes from beziers and narbonne and 1h30 from Perthus.
