About this house rental

This is a beautiful two-bedroom fully furnished townhouse situated in a private gated community.
There is a front terrace with table and chairs, balcony from the main bedroom with table and chairs and solarium/roof terrace.
Inside is a lounge/diner, ground floor WC, and fitted kitchen with slide and swing doors opening up to the rear terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one double and one twin) with fitted wardrobes, family bathroom and stairs to the second floor landing.
It is located within 200m of beaches, bars, and restaurants and is only 5 minutes drive from 3 top championship golf courses.
You may just want to lounge around in the garden or by the communal pool set within the landscaped grounds of this quiet and friendly community, or if you want a more active holiday there are many attractions, not just for golfers, and some attractive coastal walks.
No pets allowed. No smoking.
The additional cost of house rental is the payment of 75 euros (paid locally) as an end-of-stay cleaning charge and and 20 Euros meet and greet. . Payable on arrival upon receipt of the keys.
Even though there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, there is also a coin-operated air conditioning/hot air units in the master bedroom and the lounge

My mum and I had a lovely stay. So clean and pristine garden and pool. Lovely Andrea and Frankie ( who clean and manage the property) were so friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again. Great location. You are close to the strip but can’t hear it and minutes walk to beautiful Cabo Roig beach. Rosa bus tours ( which leaves from Cabo Roig) does fabulous day trips to explore other attractions on the Costa Blanca. Highly recommend.

Well located for beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Basic accommodation but had everything we needed. Good outside space at front and rear. Complex is surprisingly quiet given proximity to fair and the strip.
Owner was very quick with communications.
Only downside is pool which is small and not clean due to people eating and drinking in and around water, so we used the beach each day instead.

Stayed for five weeks. Very clean, ideal location for beach and bars. Well equipped. Housekeepers very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Morgan very much and the only snag was the extreme heat in Spain at the time. Our youngest daughter and her family were staying in a villa about a mile away and by the time we walked there most days we were dripping on arrival and the same thing happened when we walked to the Strip on most evenings for a meal in a restaurant there we were dripping again on arrival.
The house was ideal for the 2 of us and would have been fine had we brought with us 2 young children. We used to have breakfast in the shade just outside the front door. We did not use the pool as we went most days to our daughter's villa which had its own pool. There was lots of wardrobe space for clothes including hangers and plenty of drawer space for other items of clothing. There was a supermarket literally about 200 metres away where we did all our shopping for food etc and next door to this was another large store selling everything including postcards and stamps.
The holiday and house was ideal it was just pretty hot which was nothing to do with Sam nor Caroline. We both would recommend this house.
