We had a very pleasant stay in this thoughtfully decorated home, which felt warm and welcoming from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and had small touches that made it feel like home.
The hosts were genuinely kind and helpful. When we had trouble booking a bus due to the language barrier, Yoko kindly called the company for us. Kazuya also helped by picking us up and dropping us off at the airport shuttle points, which we really appreciated. On our rest day, we even went with Yoko to the community centre for an event, which made our trip memorable beyond just skiing.
