About this apartment rental
This attractive apartment, in a portuguese typical neighborhood, is a charming and very welcoming in a traditional building, it has been now totally renovated and decorated with a modern style.
Ideally situated in one of the 7 famous Lisbon hills, it´s next to Torel Palace, a luxury hotel, and to Lavra Funicular, the older portuguese lift, classified as a National Monument, that takes you directly to Avenida da Liberdade, one of the most famous streets in Lisbon.
Comfortably furnished, with all holiday requirements, in this second floor (no elevator) apartment you will find everything you need to relax and spend some days visiting and wondering around Lisboa. To give you some comfort we provide Hi Fi to listen to some music, and also a TV and Wi-Fi router (unlimited high speed internet at no extra cost), to keep in touch with the world if you really need it!
The Lisboa Tram apartment is really sunny and has lots of light. It is a 2 bedroom apartment, which means it has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a large double bedroom with a double size bed.
The living room, with a big leather sofa, has lots of natural light.
The cozy kitchen is equipped with all your needs: fridge, microwave, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a shower.
Beddings & towels are provided, cleaned & changed by a professional cleaner, changed after every check-out.

This light-filled flat was great. Proximity to the Lavra Tram in this very hilly city was appreciated, although we took the stairs several times. There is a beautiful park 5 minutes away with sweeping views of the city. Paulo was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely return!

Super Lage, mitten in der Stadt! Sauber und ordentlich!

Die Treppe ist nichts für Fußlahme und es wäre schön
wenn bei der Ankunft Toilettenpapier da wäre!!

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie erwartet. Bereits vor/während der Ankunft WhatsApp Kontakt mit den Vermietern.
Optimale Lage - um die Ecke Minimarkt, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, 100m zur Lavra (Aufzugs)-Tram. Rossio in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Schrank sogar ein Buggy, Hochstuhl, Sonnenschirm.
Nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: 2. Spiegel, ein oder zwei Ablagen oder Haken im Bad wären hilfreich.
An einem Bett war etwas defekt, es wurde sofort ein Handwerker organisiert, der es reparierte. Top-Vermieter schnell, freundlich und komplikationslos reagiert! 5 Sterne

L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito, in una buona posizione, vicino ai mezzi pur essendo fuori dalla confusione, fresco e silenzioso, si vedono gli alberi come nella foto ma proprio di fronte c'è un laboratorio di biologia (meno poetico direi). L'attrezzatura è sufficiente ma non particolarmente curata e la disposizione degli ambienti con la cucina distante dal tinello/soggiorno non particolarmente comoda. Il proprietario è stato solerte nel cercare di risolvere i disagi (lavandino della cucina che non scaricava, portoncino che si faceva fatica ad aprire) e, dal momento che non aveva altri ospiti, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check out nel pomeriggio.
Suggerimenti:
-migliorare la guarnizione della porta della doccia ;
-mettere una tenda alla finestra del corridoio (affaccia sul cortile fatiscente della proprietà contigua).
