Staff was so warm and welcoming! Location was easy to find and convenient to restaurants
Although this hotel allowed pets, there weren’t any great accommodations for them. Our dogs must be pickier than others, lol…they like grass for their’business’.

The location is quiet, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
It's a bit of a shame you can't park your car right by your room entrance; it's truly a hotel where you have to navigate the hallways to get to your room. The breakfast was terrible; actually, the worst breakfast with the fewest choices (waffle, prepackaged bagel, one type of jam, and butter) we had in three weeks of traveling through four states in the USA. The dough (which was in a separate bowl and only allowed to be used by the employee) for the waffle maker was also inedible and resulted in a mushy waffle (probably trying to save money by mixing a lot of water). People who don't want light in their bedroom while sleeping should avoid this hotel or bring a blindfold. At night, you can easily see everything in the room thanks to the hotel's own outdoor lighting and probably other street lights as well (see attached photo). It practically feels like daylight inside. Perhaps that's why it's called the Sunset Inn, because you never feel like you're there day or night, but rather permanently stuck in the sunset. The staff, by the way, were very distant and formal; in other words, this hotel didn't exude any coziness.
