About this house rental
White & sea is a small cocoon located in the port of Locquirec, close to its south-facing beach sheltered from the prevailing winds. At the heart of the village, you are close to all shops, restaurants, surf school, sailing school, tourist office and shops to enjoy the family atmosphere of the seaside resort. Located in a small alley without passage, the house is quiet.
Locquirec is a small seaside resort very well located in relation to the different centers of tourist interest (located on one side Batz Island, the bull castle, the point of Primel, Carantec and on the other the coast of Pink granite, Ploumanach, the 7 islands, the island of Bréhat ...)
The house offers a simple and refined decoration inviting to rest and relaxation for a sweet escape.
House with a living room with open kitchen (plate, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, wok ...), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The house has a washing machine.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a large bed of 160 plus another equipped with two beds of 90 (can be assembled for a couple) and a small room with single bed, small tables and small chairs, games and books for children if needed. This room can serve as relaxation area and play area.
The 2 largest bedrooms have a dresser; the 3rd bedroom has a storage drawer under the bed.
The living room has a sofa bed.
You will find a security fence to protect from the stairs upstairs. I install it on demand ...
There is no garden. In contrast, the entrance overlooks a small alleyway without passing cars where it is possible to install a bistro table and chairs for an aperitif ... The beach is nearby, the garden is not essential.
Transport: free shuttles serve all the beaches of Locquirec in summer. The stop is a few meters from the house.
