Riad Alnadine

The riad itself is truly authentic. The interior design is stylish, comfortable, and full of Moroccan character. The rooftop terrace is amazing and perfect for relaxing. My little daughter also enjoyed the refreshing pool. It was clean and shallow enough for her to enjoy safely. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and authentically Moroccan, with fresh juice, fruit, mint tea, and coffee. The staff and hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always easy to reach and very communicative. The location is excellent as well. Both the main square and the souks are only a few minutes away on foot. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this riad!

Nothing negative to say — everything was perfect!

The property was absolutely stunning, the location was perfect - just close enough to make everything easily accessible but not too busy and crowded. The hosts, Simo and Sami, were so incredibly attentive and helpful in every way. Our favourite thing was the food! It’s not advertised too well, but I would strongly recommend meals at the Riad - we had the best food of the trip here, the Tagine was unbelievable.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

The aesthetics and the vibe of the riad is exceptional, it is very calming and has all the facilities. The property is maintained by lovely hosts and managers. The breakfast is absolutely delicious

The bathroom doors in the rooms do not have a stopper, they bang when trying to close the door

Although check-in was at 3 PM, we arrived at the riad at 5 PM and there was no one there. We stayed at the riad alone that evening, without any staff. We were given the key to the main entrance, and then they left. Secondly, I had paid €104.33 online through my Booking.com reservation. The total amount due was shown as 110.33 TL. Although €6 of this was supposed to be paid at the property, the property demanded €12 from me. Even after showing them my Booking.com reservation and the amount I needed to pay, they weren't convinced. After a long discussion, they refused to persuade me, so I had to make the payment. Then, because they didn't have Euro change, they demanded 150 dirhams. However, €12 didn't equal 150 dirhams, and they demanded even more. After explaining this at length and calculating the amount based on the exchange rate, they finally agreed to take 126 dirhams. The property not only demanded more than the amount stated in the reservation but also, to make matters worse, wanted to charge an excessive amount for the Euro equivalent in dirhams. Finally, on the second day, we mentioned that we needed to leave early, and they said they could prepare bananas and other non-hot items for breakfast. However, when we woke up in the morning, there were only pre-packaged ready-made meals. I spoke to a staff member and asked for bread and at least cheese, but the answer was a refusal; they said they couldn't provide any.
