Hotel VISAD

We loved the private little beach with sunbeds. Very charming and treats you to the perfect sunsets. Breakfast on the charming terrace and close to restaurants and shops. Right near is the international beach (paid) and there is a restaurant very close by that serves great pizza and cocktails. On arrival we were greeted with cold drinks. We were asked to preferably pay in cash.

Quadruple family room is uncomfortable and decoration needs updating. The hotel misses a swimming pool. The air conditioner in rooms takes ages to cool. I asked for an additional room key and I never got one. This means you never come back to a cool room after dinner you come back to a boiling hot room.

The private beach is absolute bliss, the room spacious and spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and the bar offered everything you need at good prices. Above all, this is a small, peaceful, family-run hotel where all guests respect each other’s space and Elvi epitomises Albanian hospitality: attentive, helpful, friendly. If you don’t have a car, you still have everything you need at your doorstep: shops, restaurants, bars.

Me and my wife absolutely loved our stay! Beni and the staff were fantastic, they made us feel welcome and safe. The private beach was incredible. Definitely a massive highlight! If you look closely you can get lucky and see dolphins from the beach or if you have a balcony sea view room. We loved every minute and will be back!

We loved everything!

Small hotel in Saranda in very good location. They have their own beach, sunbeds and towels for free. The hotel is not in the overcrowded city center which is very positive. The room is comfortable, very good bed quality. Cleanliness everywhere. The hotel manager kindly and helpfull.

The breakfest is allways the same, not too delicious. Very boring for a week. Everything you have to pay cash - immediately, inclusive the rooms. The corridor is a bit smelly, no aircondition in common rooms. Evenings there is no warm water in bathroom - perhaps allways running out. By the way the shower-bath is too small for a normal person. It is needed some investment to hold the niveau - but this is their future question.
