A really lovely place to stay.
I thought, as the property was situated on a main road that I would hear the traffic in the night but I heard nothing at all. I am a very light sleeper but I slept brilliantly every night. All the comments we read before we went were true. Jason was simply amazing - he bends over backwards to help people. His breakfasts were fantastic and kept us going all day. I would definitely recommend staying at Cornlee.
I have no negative comments except that I wish I could have stayed longer!

Having stayed here a decade earlier, it was pleasing to find that the very high standards are being maintained.
An en suite room is preferable, although we were made aware at booking that there would be separate bathroom and wc facilities.

It made my sisters visit from Canada very memorable
The breakfast was perfect. Ingredients were of the highest quality and it was cooked to perfection. We were given excellent advice by the host to visit local attractions which we took advantage if. We were able to walk to a local hotel for dinner and visit Castle Bolton and see Aysgarth Falls
There was nothing we didn't like. We would stay again.

It was a relaxed and comfy stay. Jason is an expert on local (and an excellent breakfast chef) and helped to ease our travel a lot (just thinking about all the possible issues when travelling without a car in Yorkshire Dales!). The location is great with the fall and a fabulous tea room nearby.

my room wasn’t en-suite, but I was the only room using the separate bathroom so that was a very minor matter
