It has two bedrooms (60 square meters), bathroom, fully furnished kitchen with all appliances and fixtures. It has a large front garden. It is located in a quiet complex with 3 swimming pools, with surveillance and permanent maintenance service.

The apartment would be ideal for 2 adults & 2 children. It’s in a perfect location roughly 10 minutes walk from the yumbo centre. There are bars and restaurants right outside of the complex so plenty of places to eat. The only negative was probably the shower cubicle,It’s very small and lack of mirrors on wall near sockets for doing hair & makeup . Would definitely stay here again though. Diego the owner was very good at answering any questions we had.
