Staff were the best! I cannot remember staying anywhere with so many friendly and helpful employees . The breakfast was nutritious and tasty and delivered right to your room. The hotel is conveniently located by the Mercado and a lot of small restaurants. The central Plaza was just a short walk away. Laundries and markets were convenient.

The room was nice and felt big. I liked the hotel location - 10 min walk to San Blas area, which is a nice safe walk from the hotel. Staff were nice and offered various breakfast options for each day of my stay (pancakes with chocolate, omlette). I even watched NFL on tv and other shows as I was acclimatizing for a few days at this hotel.

Friendly & helpful staff who always made sure we were happy as well.as assisting with taxi arrangements at ungodly hours.
Breakfast boxes were always provided as on-the-go and location was away from the noisy busy main centre while still being a comfortable walk to sites and restaurants. Can only recommend!
We stayed here 3 times and the only complaint is having 3 different rooms at the same rate but very inconsistent size wise...

Lovely staff who were really kind. They offered breakfast to the room which was great.
It’s a very noisy hotel. Our room must have backed into a residential building and school as we could hear people at 12am but then kids around 8am. You can also hear each time someone calls reception. The room can be quite cold as there’s only one small heater which takes a couple of hours to heat up.
