    The best thing about my stay at El Mariscal is the exceptional helpful staff. They made it part of their service in helping you to have a best stay there: 4AM breakfast to go, taxi pick up/ drop off from airport, etc. Walking distance to major locations.

    I was very happy with everything while staying at the El Mariscal. The staff is wonderful, my room was very nice and quiet, and I was able to walk to the historic plaza in about 10 minutes, maybe a few minutes more. I can't say enough good things about the staff!

    Overall is a very nice place, friendly staff. Breakfast was served in the 4th floor or in the room, but limited choices.

    You essentially have a room with no window to the outside. The window opens to the inner courtyard facing other rooms. So no fresh air. Breakfast was inedible. There are many better options in Cusco.
