RVHotels Spa Vila de Caldes - Adults only

First there is NO reception, so check in was a hassle in my opinion. Everything is through check in online, and we should be check in prior arrival to receive the code the day of check in. That did not happen so easily. At 3pm the code did not arrive and we had to call for the third time to verify everything was ok to receive the code. Second of all you can hear everything on the hotel, every door closing, the cleaning ladies doing their jobs and the people on the terrace chatting at night. The room was big and spacious so the good rating is for that alone; although there was a blond hair on my pillow the first day on arrival, and I am a brunette. It is located near a plaza that has a few places to eat nearby since the restaurant at the hotel was not opened, as was the solarium on the last floor and pool. For us, it was a work trip of 4 nights and it was just an ok hotel, nothing great or exciting about it on this season. Recommend to the hotel to have receptionist asap and add sound proof doors that close appropriately.
