Дуже привітний персонал, який постійно працює над покращенням комфорту. Чудові сніданки. Чудові вечері в просторому ресторані. Чистий номер. Хороше СПА. Недалеко (30км) від комплексу можна покататися на лижах, є екскурсійні тури. Все чудово. Відвідаємо обов‘язково знову.

Pekný pomer ceny a kvality. Veľmi príjemný personál a prostredie hotela. Úplne nové wellness. Jacuzzi s výhľadom na hory.
Nedostatočne vyhriata fínska sauna, mala iba 45 stupňov.

Природа, басейн, гірки для дітей, спа зони.
Сніданки були холодні та не завжди свіжі. При в'їзді охоронець зобов'язав припаркуватись переднім ходом. Не попередили що в басейні потрібні шапочки. Забронювали номер 2+1, при виселенні просили додаткову оплату за дитину. Чайника в номері нема. Не рівень 4-зіркового готелю.

Готель розташований віддалено,перед самою річкою.
Доволі старий ремонт в номерах.Непривітний охоронець ,який нахамив чоловіку на парковці.
