The apartment is equipped with all amenities, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The living room has wood paneling, with hand-painted ceilings depicting the history of architecture from the pyramids to the present day. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A kitchen cabinet equipped with everything you need to make kitchenette. The house is located a few meters from Piazza Navona, and in the heart of the historic center. From here you can easily walk to all the main monuments, churches and places of tourist attraction in the capital. A leisurely walk through the Baroque palaces and Roman ruins can be reached in less than half an hour, the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.

Great stay for our family of 4! Location is excellent, beds comfortable, very clean. Host was a good communicator and arranged for car to pick us up at airport.

Charming apartment in the perfect location! Just steps away from the Piazza Navona, and a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon and the Campo de' Fiori. The apartment is located on the second floor of a courtyard apartment complex and can be accessed by a staircase or lift. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which was so nice after long days of exploring the sights of Rome. It was equipped with everything you need for a great stay: coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and even a washing machine. There is a pastry shop next door, a pharmacy and grocery store around the corner, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. In addtion, there are two convenient taxi stands at either end of Piazza Navona.Roberto was an excellent host. He met us at the apartment on the day of our arrival to help us settle in and responded quickly to text messages if we had any questions.If I am ever lucky enough to be back in Rome, I would definitely try to stay here again.

We highly recommend this apartment. Roberto was extremely helpful with transportation from the e airport and to the cruise port. The location is excellent, too.

Most importantly, the location is excellent and even better than described in the listing.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful, in all matters.
The entrance to the property was unique and exactly as shown in the listing. Upon arrival, we were very pleased.
The disappointment was the cleanliness. The bathrooms were difficult to tolerate for even 3 days. There was mildew and grime built up on the shower floors and curtain, drains were clogged, and bathroom floors were not clean.
The host we worked with was very apologetic and said she didn't have the opportunity to inspect the property before our arrival.
Other feedback, did not have impacted our rating, but should be addressed...
We were provided with one towel each, half were stained, and we didn't even have a towel to dry our hands. Bedding needs to be replaced. It is thin and pilly, especially upstairs.
We did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this property with a couple of adjustments.
