Bad experience

Only location is good.

The housekeeper didn't leave us an extra key at first, after we asked her for an extra key, it wasn't the apartment key, and then she accused us of stealing the key, and the key was left on the table. Also, let's mention that she didn't even come personally to get the keys. The apartment smelled of dampness, the water from the tap seemed like it had never been run and had a terrible taste. The WiFi code was not left anywhere, the instructions from the TV were not left anywhere, and the language of the TV was in Hungarian and the bed was rocking. Also, a colleague who was in another apartment realized upon her return that she had left an expensive charger in the apartment, and after calling the housekeeper, she was very rude and said that the charger was waiting for her in the apartment and that she did not want to send it to another city because "we didn't give her the key back". All in all, a bad experience.

Outdated amenities and decor. Shower head didn’t work and there was no bottom sheet on the bed but rather just a mattress cover. No shampoos or soaps in bathrooms and no warning online that amenities weren’t included. Not enough bath towels or toilet paper and just overall not as represented.

Perfect location

Great location, everything in walking distance! Grocery store next building. Restaurants over the road. Beach and old town 5-10 min to walk. Nice common areas. The room is fresh and clean, nice bathroom, good blackout curtains that helped to make the room very dark at night.

There was lack of daylight in the room, when you entered the door you were right in front of the bed, you had to leave your shoes next to the bed.

The building is between historical center a beach, plus is 10 metres only by the shop with food.

It's an older building, so it doesn't have a balcony. When the air conditioner is off, it sometimes makes noises (mainly during the nights).

Great stay, highly recommended.

The room is quiet, stylish and a nice size. The view of the sea is stunning. The location is superb - 7-10 min by foot to the old town and 7-10 min to the Mulini beach. Good internet speed.

It would be nice to have the kettle to be able to make the tea.

Perfect location

It was such a nice experience, amazing location, very cozy room with entrance straight to the small yard. Very good restaurants around with view to Rovinj. Our dogs was very welcome too. Check in was easy and smooth.

Difficult with parking, but it cannot be otherwise ad it is centraly located.

There were huge cockroaches and other bugs in the room. AC was not working properly, it was really hot in the room.

There was no breakfast.

Blankets were way too small for 2 people. AC is not strong enough to heat up the room. There is a washer however there is no place to hang your clothes.

Jó helyen van,körülményekhez képest értelmezhető áron, a szállásadó hamar ott volt a telefonhívás után.

Ingyenes parkolóval hirdetik azonban a parkoló 12-15 percre van. ..nem borzasztó, sőt még jól is esett egy kis séta, csak így a hirdetés megtévesztő! Nem annyira csendes (olyan este 10-11ig) de ezt tudomásul kell vennie annak aki KONKRÉTAN a partra foglal helyet éttermek közelébe,ahol autóforgalom is van. :)

Super lokalizacja, a sam apartament cudny i bardzo dobrze przystosowany. Wielki plus za łóżeczko dla dziecka. Blisko wszędzie a nadal przytulnie. Bardzo dobry wybór!

Nad ranem słychać śmieciarki, ale to normalna sytuacja - kiedyś musza wybierać śmieci.
