Third time staying here. As friendly and welcoming as always makes holiday easy and special

We really appreciated the warm welcome and the setting; although simple, it had everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and well-received. The host, Vasilis, truly understands the art of hospitality. Thanks for everything Luca and Lavinia

When I arrived at the property at midnight, 5 and a half hours late due to my flight being delayed, and Vasilis greeted me and checked me in, I instantly knew I booked the right place for my stay. I could spend words about how clean my room was, how great the drinks at the bar, how comfortable the bed and how good the location - Faliraki is a great base to move up and down the coast, and the property is tucked in a quiet street yet with shops and restaurants as well as the town centre within a 10-15 minutes walk. The property was a definite 10/10 under all these aspects, but, although not always granted, I guess cleanliness, good location and comfort can be found in many places. What makes the difference between Cannon and any other accommodation where I stayed, is the people. Vasilis goes above and beyond to make you feel special and to make your trip smooth. Kathy, his mum who runs the place with him, is energetic and sweet and will make sure to take care of you in the best possible way. At arrival I was given a beach bag complete with snorkelling gear, cooler bag, beach umbrella and more, as well as water and fresh figs from their beautiful tree. On the bbq night they remembered I’m a vegetarian and offered me some pita, tzatziki and halloumi skewers in place of souvlaki. Vasilis instructed me about bus routes and gave me heaps of travelling tips and restaurant suggestions and had really cool chats about travels and Rhodes beaches, cats and the ways of life, he’s the most pleasant person. I also had the chance to chat a little with Louise, the lovely maid from the UK, and couldn’t help but feeling impressed by how nice everyone was. I could go on and on. I felt so spoiled by everyone. I’d definitely return to Rhodes even just to stay at Cannon again - book it people, you won’t regret it!

The owner is amazing, meticulous down to the smallest detail, his main goal was for us to have a great time and he succeeded. The rooms were spacious, with everything we needed, very clean and well-maintained, and the location is extremely strategic - in the center, close to a large and beautiful sandy beach, and 200m from the bus stop. We were a large group, and we would gladly come back again!
