Island House Hotel

What a beautiful property.. tucked away from the main strip.. family owned. You feel a part of the family. Rooms are perfect. Make sure you have the breakfast!! As in all the places in Greece, this was the one we enjoyed the most. Authentic, local and delicious. Would happily return and would be happier to recommend.

A beautiful place with a free shuttle from the ferry port to the hotel. Anna is so kind, welcoming, and informative, and the actual room was clean, well kept, and felt very safe. The air conditioning was incredible and the room cozy and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus but the hotel is only a 7 minute walk to the beach so you can take your pick! We had breakfast at the place and it was delicious and very reasonably priced (about €10 per person). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Ios!

From the beginning - my ferry was over an hour late so I arrived well after midnight and they were still there to pick me up. The room was stunning! Large and beautiful. In the morning, you’re treated like royalty with delicious made to order coffee and breakfast on the patio or poolside. I was provided actual usable information on the town, transportation and restaurants. The whole family was wonderful, and I felt completely at home. The beach is a lovely few minutes walk with sun beds, tavernas and shops. I did a fun boat tour right from the beach. The walk into town and then the port was so easy, but the bus also comes conveniently every 15 minutes, so the location is perfect. Cannot say enough good things. Really grateful for the hospitality.

If I had to say something, having a coffee maker in the room would be nice.
