A friendly clean hotel

The whole feeling of the place was very happy. Everything was spotless. The staff from cleaners to management were all so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was lovely. No complaints at all.

Nach einer Nacht abgereist. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Personal freundlich, und alles sauber.

Die Betten sind Eisengestelle mit dünnen Matratzen. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Mini Vorraum, in dem auch der Fernseher platziert war. Wenn man fernsehen will kann man sich in 50 cm Entfernung einen Sessel davor stellen. Im 2x2,5 m Schlafzimmer ist kein TV. Keine einzige Steckdose im Schlafzimmer. Der Wasser Abfluss vom oberen Geschoss geht durch das Zimmer. Die ober uns haben in der Nacht geduscht, da wird man schlagartig wach vor lauter Lärm. Das Fenster kann man nachts nicht öffnen, da draußen ein Generator oder sowas ähnliches läuft. Frühstück eher mau(nichts frisch zubereitet)

Super friendly staff, nice selection of food, good location and dog friendly place.

People were smoking on their balcony, lot of times we could not open the balcony door. Wedding on Saturday was too loud, decreased the the size of the dining room, was not a good experience.

Posizione (con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva via lungo mare a Novigrad). Pulizia. Buffet vario e di buona qualità. Vicinanza del mare. Servizi disponibili (ad es. noleggio bici, sport acquatici, campi da tennis, beach volley, punti ristoro sulla spiaggia).Staff disponibile e cordiale che parla anche italiano.

Camera (piuttosto piccola, mancanza frigo in camera). Prezzo dell'acqua al buffet ( una bottiglia da 0,75 lt 4,90 euro). Ricordarsi di portare scarpette da scoglio per camminare sulla spiaggia e fare il bagno. Per stendersi sulla spiaggia serve materassino o stuoia , se si pensa di non utilizzare le sdraio.

Il pagamento delle bevande..... Non per il solo fatto del pagamento, ma il dover attendere l'addetto per ordinare attendendo durante il pasto le bevande. Meglio chiedere un fisso in più, escludendo bibite specifiche, ma acqua liscia o gasata dovrebbe essere compresa nel costo iniziale.

Szuper

A szállás szuper volt, tiszta volt és ár-érték arányban is megfelelő. A kutyusunknak készítettek be tálat és jutifalattal várták. Többféle partszakaszon fürödhetünk és használhatjuk a tengervizes végtelenített medencét is. A kisvonat 2,5 euroért bevisz Novigradba, ami 40 percenként indul a hotel mellől. Az ételek változatosak és nagy a választék. Mi biztosan visszatérünk jövőre a kisbabánkkal is 🙂

All the areas like Pool, Mini Golf, Restaurants, and Dining rooms etc., were kept up well and were exceptionally clean. Overall clean hotel!

Outdated furniture/decor/room set up. This hotel still uses a regular key system. The shower tiles screamed 1970 and the shower itself was very tiny with a sliding door basically hugging your body. Too many guests with dogs. Too many guests allowed to smoke around the entire property. Parking is a nightmare!

Ein Hotel, dass man trotz der Einwände empfehlen kann.

Die Nähe zum Meer und der kleine Park zum Meer. Auch der Swimmingpool gefiel. Das Personal war freundlich. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass beim Zimmerdienst auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird. Sehr gute Verpflegung.

Nicht gefiel, dass man Liegen am Pool kämpfen muss. Die Ligen werden früh belegt und dann geht es ans Meer. Am späten Nachmittag geht es zurück zum Pool und nutzt nun die für sich reservierte Liege., die den ganzen Tag kein Anderer belegen konnte. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr klein und der Teppich sollte gegen einen pflegeleichten und hygienischen Belag ausgetauscht werden.

odlična izbira hrane. Večerja in zajtrk sta bila zelo okusna. Prijazno osebje. Čistoča je v redu. Zunaj pred hotelom je lepo urejeno. Plaža je blizu, Gostinska ponudba na plaži tudi. Vse je pred nosom.

Morda malo visoke cene pijač pri večerji in prav tako v restavraciji na plaži.

der Aufenthalt ist für uns jedes Jahr ein Genuss (bis auf die Autofahrt mit den vielen Baustellen)

Wir machen schon jahrelang Urlaub und wurden nie enttäuscht, es ist genau das Richtige um zu Entspannen, leider habe ich bei der Buchung nicht noch mehr Tage reserviert, das wurde von meiner Frau kritisiert wie auch das Abendessen, das ich nicht bei der Buchung hinzugefügt habe. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar und entspannt, bis auf die Fahrt und den vielen Baustellen zum Teil mit stundenlanger Wartezeit, aber dafür könnt ihr nichts...

das Einzige, was mir nicht so gefallen hat war die Badetuch-Mafia, die vor dem Frühstück Ihre Handtücher auf die Liegen schmeißen um somit die Reservierung derselben abzuschließen. Wenn diejenigen wenigstens auch die Liegen benutzt hätten, sage ich schon nichts mehr, aber die sind fast den ganzen Tag irgendwo unterwegs, hab die Liegen mit Handtuch und dann die Personen gezählt, es waren oft doppelt so viel Liegen mit Badetücher "besetzt", meine Frage: machen das nur die Deutschen so?

OTTIMA SORPRESA

Vicinissimo al mare, colazione ottima e più che abbondante. 10 minuti a piedi dalla città. In mezzo al parco e a molte attrattive sportive e gastronomiche. Davvero una splendida realtà. Tutto molto pulito.

L'unica cosa da segnalare, te tende della stanza erano poco oscuranti e al mattino faceva subito chiaro.

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die fantastische Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer, das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, das vielfältige Buffet am Abend und in der Früh, die gemütlichen und sehr sauberen Zimmer, die tollen Freizeitmöglichkeiten vor Ort (Pool, Aquapark, Mini-Golf, Tennis, Tischtennis, ...) und das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Zelo prijetno bivanje z nekaj manjšimi možnostmi za izboljšave

Zelo prijetno bivanje! Hrana je bila odlična, vedno sveža in okusna. Osebje je izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo, kar je močno prispevalo k dobremu počutju. Bazen je bil super, vedno dovolj ležalnikov, tako da ni bilo potrebe po »rezervacijah« z brisačami. Soba je bila prostorna in udobna, brez težav dovolj velika za tri osebe. Z veseljem bi se še vrnili!

Nekaj manjših stvari, kjer bi bilo morda vredno razmisliti o izboljšavah: hladilnik v sobi sicer je bil, a žal ni deloval – bilo bi priročno, če bi bil v uporabi, predvsem v toplejših dneh. Ob odprtem oknu je bil nekoliko moteč hrup ventilatorjev, kar bi lahko zmotilo občutljivejše na zvoke. Prav tako bi bilo dobrodošlo, če bi bile na voljo brisače za na bazen, saj bi to dodatno olajšalo bivanje gostom.

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Auswahl an Speisen und noch dazu sehr lecker. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Leider war das Zimmer etwas klein und nicht mehr das neueste. Im Elternschlafzimmer gab es keine Steckdose neben dem Bett.
