A friendly clean hotel

The whole feeling of the place was very happy. Everything was spotless. The staff from cleaners to management were all so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was lovely. No complaints at all.

A British thing, but tea and coffee in room would be nice.

Good hotel with a nice location and a few drawbacks

Super friendly staff, nice selection of food, good location and dog friendly place.

People were smoking on their balcony, lot of times we could not open the balcony door. Wedding on Saturday was too loud, decreased the the size of the dining room, was not a good experience.

Clean but dated. Good location. However, for the price I would have expected a little bit more!

All the areas like Pool, Mini Golf, Restaurants, and Dining rooms etc., were kept up well and were exceptionally clean. Overall clean hotel!

Outdated furniture/decor/room set up. This hotel still uses a regular key system. The shower tiles screamed 1970 and the shower itself was very tiny with a sliding door basically hugging your body. Too many guests with dogs. Too many guests allowed to smoke around the entire property. Parking is a nightmare!

A bit overpriced beach hotel.with a nice pool

The pool is a big plus in front of the building (we could even use it after the check-out), staff is kind and helpful. Also, the sea shore is super close, by walking distance. Food is okay, wide variety, but for some reason, not our taste. The town Novigrad is 15mins on foot, highly recommend to visit it (you can come back with the dotto train, 5mins).

The parking can be very tricky and you need different tickets to move around. The drinks at the dinner are overpriced. Overall, the facility would very much need a refurbishment, it seems they have not done any renovations for ages, although the staff does everything to make it work and clean.

Pleasant day off in May

The rooms are pretty small, but everything else met our expectations. The staff is friendly, there's parking available at very reasonable additional cost, good breakfast and the location is really good.

Short vacation on a budget funding

Half board was ok, diverse food, fruit, drinks etc. First time in life we were welcomed in our native Slovenian language. Big congratulations on that. Beautiful location, easy access to nearby town Novigrad by tourist train or on foot. Very clean rooms.

Their machine coffee was horrible in our opinion. Also some juices have very artificial unnatural taste. In the dinning room they have no food heaters under prepared dishes so they get cold quickly. Room was indeed very small, for a family of three it was quite a challenge to move around.

Nice relaxing seaside break

Great location beside beach, enough sunbeds available every day at swimming pool which was a pleasant surprise & great to have access to the infinity pool at the larger Aminess hotel next door. Loved the choice of bars & restaurants along the coast

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms had very powerful air condition. The facilities with the option to stay at the pool or to go to the private beach were very much appreciated. The buffet breakfast and dinner were very good as well.

When you don't miss anything

The hotel's location is ideal, just a few meters from the beach. Various playgrounds (mini golf, tennis, table tennis, trampoline...) are nearby, along with a restaurant and bar. There is also a small convenience store in the campground. In short, it's an excellent hotel for anyone looking for a short or long break on the coast.

Hotel near the sea. Some of the hotel staff were really friendly.

Very disappointed with the hotel and management staff. On the day of arrival, we were informed, that we will be sharing a table (for breakfast and dinner) with another couple because the hotel has not have enough space and tables. We didn't pay for sharing tables and if the hotel has problems with space and tables then it should organize extra space or limit the reservations! One of the worst new Year's we ever had - Thanks to Aminess Laguna.

Not recommended!

the stuff was friendly and food was good.

First of all, nothing was as they wrote on booking. The pool in the hotel Maestral was 7€ per person for 2 hours and not like they said 3€ per day per person. The rooms stanked of dumpness. On the booking it was written that the drink is included in the price but this isn’t true because we had to pay for all the drinks! In the bathroom there were no heathing and the bathroom was very cold. If you ask them about something of that, nobody knows anything. We don’t recommended this hotel to anyone!
