Lush property with staff that go above and beyond. We loved the pools, service and the massage and sauna services. The included breakfast was 10/10.
The clams at dinner in the hotel restaurant gave my parter food poisoning.

Beautiful exterior and interior areas. Fantastic views of the bay and only a short walk from the centre of Saint Tropez. Very comfortable sun loungers, gorgeous pools and very nicely appointed rooms. Staff were professional and courteous. Complimentary shuttle service into the town was a very pleasant surprise. There is a really nice courtesy room for late departures, so you can still enjoy the facilities of the hotel, after check-out

Location! So close to town, we walked there and back one night plus free shuttle is handy, however they charge 50 euros one way to any beach club.
Chaotic vibes with stressed out staff so we felt unwelcome. Two staff members admitted it wasn’t a good working environment. I know it’s peak season but prices are exorbitantly high. Even Security is slack. We had an intruder to our room door one night and nobody could solve the mystery. A few of the young female staff were nice sweet girls but in general it was chaos.
Some lifts out of order, rooftop bar closed in the height of the season, unclear breakfast rules so we got charged for breakfast even though we paid inclusive rates. However, the property is beautiful with 3 swimming pools and lovely views to the bay. Sadly, value for money wasn’t there and we moved to Muse Hotel, which was outstanding.
