The location, overall it was clean ND the staff was super helpful.
The ovarall maintenance wasn't very good. The corridors had damaged in the walls. The shower had a leaking while using it.

The bed was ok
The customer service was terrible! We had a kitchen ( but empty) no coffee machine, kettle or fork or spoon and no iron press! We had a big event and they had only one iron that we had to share with everyone ! We are all friends so that was ok but unacceptable ! The cleaning wasn’t done in my room. The breakfast was ok but really it’s a ghost hotel with no vibe and people should be responsive and caring and more tactful! Only Raul saved the day at the end!
