El trato del personal, amables, simpaticos y atentos. Luego las instalaciones y actividades que ofrecen.
Posiblemente la limpieza, que al admitir mascotas habían algunos pelos que se entiende que son difíciles de eliminar por completo. Y vendrían bien algunos colgadores o baldas para dejar las cosas en el comedor y baño.

Ubicación.
La habitación poco espacio, no se podía hacer bien la cama. El baño no tenía ventilación y olía mucho las tuberías, abrías las ventanas que no tienen mosquiteras y entraban los modquitos/moscas... te duchabas y se salía el agua del plato poniendo incluso poca salida en el grifo. La nevera viejita y un poco sucia. LO PEOR, TE COBRAN 15€/POR DÍA POR MASCOTA.
