Nothing, absolutely nothing.

Terrible outdated room, dirty, dusty, dead insects, mold, bathroom was disgustingly dirty, hole in the wall, terrible breakfast, just an awful couple of nights here, I literally cried when I stepped into the room, the "garden view" was a shrub almost coming into the space, the bed was uncomfortable af, also, noisy until late with the "events" they had in the evenings, awful awful awful don't come here I just wouldn't recommend it at all, and I've been in hostels WAY MORE CLEAN for a much cheaper price, no way this place is four stars, it was one of worst places I've ever been (been travelling for 20+ yrs)

Room is uncomfortable with a bad bed and very dark. Staff is not helpful/nice. Breakfast is ok for the price with baskets with packaged things. But they don’t have a beach - they drive you to a port that is charged! The photos are not reflecting the reality

Maybe the only thing was that late evening program at the pool that sounded like a theatre, but the play was full of screaming and we could not fall asleep. And the doors to bathroom need some oil :)

First of sll you would not allow an amemdment to the booking so we ended up.paying for an additional might at £225 that we didnt need. When we got there the triple toom we had booked was instead sent to the hotel as a double with our 17 yr old daughter ending up on a camp bed and no room for movement in the room. It was only the efforts of the excellent hotel staff to make us more comfortable that improved the situation from the 2nd night but it was still a small room for 3 people and not worth the money. I feel the booking was handled badly by booking.com. it was a great deal of money to pay for a place that was not quite as represented. I also tried to amend another booking to cancel one room out of two through you and was similarly blocked. I was told this was not possible because there was no availability despite having an existing booking. So it seems you cannot amend a booking but only have the option to cancel. That seems like policy. I will not be using booking.com if i can help it in the future.

La ubicación perfecta, jardines muy bonitos con vista a la Pelosa, servicio shuttle para las 3 playas cada 15m perfecto! Piscina muy buena pero en la segunda mitad de septiembre ya estaba cerrado el bar de la piscina y no tiene baño en las cercanias de la piscina.

Las primeras 2 noches limpiaron muy mal o escasamente la habitación sin hacer camas y sábanas.

Buen hotel en una zona de playas preciosas

La localización del hotel, la comodidad de las camas, los jardines del hotel, el desayuno, el servicio de minibus para bajar a la playa, la recepcionista que hablaba español y que hubiera un servicio de breakfast pack para los huespedes que marchaban antes de la hora del desayuno.

El horario de la piscina era muy restrictivo, no nos gustó nada que de 13 a 15 estuviera cerrada y a partir de las 19 también cerrada. El pack del breakfast era muy malo, muy por debajo del nivel de un buen desayuno. Todo bollería industrial muy poco saludable. Sugeriríamos mejorarlo con una fruta, un sandwich y una bolsa de frutos secos, por ejemplo. El volúmen de los altavoces de los animadores de la piscina estaban a un nivel muy alto, molestaban a todos los huéspedes que querían un poco de relax. Sugeriríamos bajar el volumen, pues la gente y los niños que querían hacer actividades ya se acercaban a los animadores, no hacía falta poner la música tan alta, pues hay otros huéspedes que quieren tranquilidad.

Ci sono regole molto rigide, con qualche modifica sarebbe tutto più piacevole: 1) Orario navetta dovrebbe essere un po’ più ampio 2) orario piscina (idem), alle 19 chiude 3) usano troppa plastica (bicchieri di plastica, mini shampoo nelle stanze. Isco sostenibili 4) ti danno un buono aperitivo di benvenuto e poi con quello non puoi prendere nulla se non un beverone dolcissimo (allora non datelo)

Camera un po vecchiotta, soprattutto il materasso andrebbe ammodernato. Gli orari della navetta e della piscina sarebbe bello fossero prolungati fino allen19.30- 20.00

Fijn verblijf op een mooie plek!

Luxe uitstraling met mooie huisjes. Personeel is vriendelijk en de omgeving ziet er mooi uit. Fijn dat er ook een bar is waar je in de middag even kunt zitten en iets kunt drinken. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet vergeleken met andere plekken op het eiland.

Aan het zwembad was er in de middag animatie. Dit zorgde er voor dat rustig aan het zwembad liggen niet altijd mogelijk was. Goed om rekening mee te houden als je voor de ontspanning komt. Animatie was verder wel erg vriendelijk en bedoeld voor jong en oud.

In primis il letto comodissimo ho dormito veramente bene e non è cosa da poco. Tutto lo staff molto gentili dai camerieri all' animazione tutti fantastici. Posto bellissimo curato con vista meravigliosa Colazioni pranzo e cena tutto ottimo e abbondante.. Il top grazie per la vostra ospitalità Grazie da Claudio e Manuela
