Nice accomodation / farm house in the middle of nature

- nice and secluded area with beautiful views to the valley - good equipped house

- no contact at all with anyone (neither during check-in nor by check-out) - sheeps too close to the house - ie. incl. smelly droppings everywhere - annoying ring on sheep also over nights; it's nice and romantic and to be awaited in the farm house, BUT ringing over night and 4:30am wake up - nothing you expect on holiday

Perfect! Nice view! Wonderfull appartement

We had a wonderfull time. The view from the appartement was amazing. It was very well equiped, including in the kitchen where we had everything we need to cook. The sauna and the spa were easily available if you write your name down on a paper

Perfect place to relax & get away from it all

Fantastic, quiet location with amazing views. Walking trails from right outside and the restaurant was next door if you don't feel like cooking yourself - again with amazing views. Lots to do and visit in the region. The sauna and jacuzzi facilities were wonderful and practical to use with a straightforward booking system to reserve.

The apartment could have been a bit more clean.

Great stay with beautiful view and environment!

Clean appartment and great location. There are no facilities like supermarkets close to the appartment but that makes the location also very enjoyable when you are looking for a good spot in nature. There is a restaurant next to the appartments where they prepare everything fresh. (You can definitely taste that!) Also the sauna and whirlpool are really great and easy to use. Staff is very friendly.

All the plates/pans and glasses were a bit dirty. Probably because the dishwasher wasn’t the best cleaner I have ever came accross.

Überragende Aussicht in gemütlichem Apartment und schöner Gegend.

Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage, der tollen Ausblick vom Balkon und die überragende Möglichkeit in direkte Umgebung wandern zu gehen gefallen. Der,Check in ist sehr unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox möglich, die Sauna und der Whirlpool kostenlos nutzbar und ein Parkplatz in der direkter Nähe verfügbar. Man kann’s obwohl direkt von der Unterkunft aus tolle Spaziergänge machen als auch in 15-20min Autofahrt entfernt tolle Wanderungen starten. Ausstattung der Küche ist soweit gut, aber ausbaufähig. Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen Tisch und Liegestühle für 2.

Auch wenn wir uns wohlgefühlt haben, sollten ein paar Dinge erwähnt werden. Die Tür der Duschekabine schließt zwar, aber sind wie die Fugen auch renovierungsbedürftig. Die Spülmaschine schafft nicht mehr jeden Spülgang zuverlässig und es wäre toll gewesen eine nicht in die Jahre gekommene Pfanne vor Ort vorzufinden.

Ein Juwel in toller Natur.

Die Lage ist einzigartig, wunderschön. Der Ausblick auf das Tal und die Berge haben uns begeistert. Das Chalet ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das zugehörige Gasthaus ist eine angenehme Bereicherung. Das Umland mit Mittenwald, Leutsch, Seefeld, Telfs bis Innsbruck bestens für Ausflüge.

Genialer Blick vom Balkon,uriges Chalet ,sehr freundliche Wirtsleute mit außergewöhnlich intelligenten Haustieren:).einfach ein schönes Fleckchen Erde.

Kleine Reparatur am Balkontisch wäre nötig.

Es war wieder ein schöner Langlauf Urlaub in der Region Seefeld/Leutasch

Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, was wir wussten. Sehr schöner Talblick in das Inntal über Telfs.

Die Unterkunft war etwas kalt. Wurde am dritten Tag besser.
