About this apartment rental
The house is located in south-eastern Sardinia, in the renowned tourist resort of Costa Rei, highly appreciated for its beautiful beaches. It is located just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet and peaceful area called Piscina Rei. On the beach in front of the house there is a diving activity with the possibility of renting equipment and boats of all types.
The house has independent access and is located on the first floor of a villa, accessible by an internal staircase and divided in turn into two levels.
On the first level there is a living room with kitchenette, a single or double bedroom (if necessary), a bathroom with shower and a large veranda suitable for outdoor dining.
On the second level, reached by a spiral staircase, there is a large double bedroom with a large double bed to which two cots can be added if necessary for children up to four years.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with all comforts (water reserve, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, microwave and washing machine) and everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this two floor apartment with its own entrance (one flight of stairs up from entrance to the apartment) and beautiful view over the sea. We slept on the top floor in which, facing the mountains, a nice breeze entered the window during our stay. During hot nights, the a/c unit made sleeping very comfortable. Also the lower level has a/c, but during the day we stayed mostly on the terrace to enjoy the views. The apartment is very functional and its location very close to the beach. We preferred cooking on the gas stovetop over going to a restaurant and felt right at home. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.

Che dire.... è stata una vacanza stupenda!siamo abituati a prendere case in affitto ma la casa di Roberta ha rispecchiato tutto quello che l’annuncio diceva! La pulizia della casa è stata più che ottima e la disponibilità e cortesia di Roberta al top delle aspettative! Il nostro soggiorno è stato in totale relax.... non veniva neanche quasi la voglia di uscire a cena per la stupenda terrazza che la mattina ci deliziava di una strepitosa Alba e la sera... si cenava con la luna che sorgeva dal mare con incantevoli riflessi!
Grazie ancora a Roberta per averci dato la sua casa .... consiglio a tutti di provarla è ancora grazie da parte mia e della mia famiglia per averci regalato questa bellissima vacanza in totale relax.

Uns hat die Nähe zum Strand und die Dachterrasse mit dem schönen Blick super gefallen! Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, ausreichend ausgestattet, zweckmäßig, aber nicht wirklich gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit

Bon emplacement, appartement un peu petit pour 4 et beaucoup d'escalier. La clim seulement dans une chambre.
