A traditional hotel with an excellent location next to the beach.
Excellent location-right on the beach. The lift down to the beach was very useful. The breakfast was varied and had a lot of choice. The quality of the food served was better than I expected. The terrace outside the room was very spacious -with plenty of room to sit outside. The staff were,without exception, really friendly and helpful. The small fridge was a nice addition-especially useful during the summer months.
Both the bedroom and bathroom were very small. Although the bed was soft-it was very narrow and the mattress dipped in the middle. It was difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep because of this. The room was quite chilly when we arrived. When I mentioned this at reception the following morning-I discovered that the heating was controlled by the staff at reception. You cannot do anything to get the room warmer yourself within the room. I felt that this and the uncomfortable bed would make us think twice about staying there again.

Good beachfront location but a very dated hotel with some poor facilities
Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable large bed. Good beachfront location. Good choice at breakfast (but with some negative issues). Shower OK.
Cramped room with very dated decor. Cupboard for minibar with nothing inside - no fridge. No bathmat provided in bathroom so had to use towel. Overall a very dated hotel, not up to Best Western standards. Coffee from flasks at breakfast which was not hot enough, only allowed one croissant OR one pain au chocolat so although breakfast had a fairly wide choice, overall value for 15 Euros was poor.

Old school charm with fabulous view and direct access to the beach
Our balcony overlooking the beach was fabulous - just what we were looking for - warm in the morning but cool in the evening. Breakfast was very generous and the team were all great to deal/interact with. It’s also a gem of 50s/60s style - if you fancy a little time travel the interior is fantastic- so glad they haven’t modernised it :)
