Numa semana só trocaram as toalhas uma vez , não tinha serviço de limpeza .

Es una zona muy tranquila y bonita.

Nos encontramos hormigas en el baño y la cocina. Por mucho que limpiaba seguían apareciendo. Y si quieres aire acondicionado tienes que pagarlo a parte.

The whole apartment smelled musty at all times. I opened the doors windows etc. . I cleaned up every day. I emptied my rubbish. The toilet only flushed 3 times in 7 days. I had to use a pot and water. Even after the maintenance man. The fridge on the outside of it had rust spots all over. And by end of week the whole fridge was wet on every shelf. All my food was wet. I didn't leave door open. The shower could only be used by holding it in hand. Outside light bulb had to be replaced on 1st day. I've stayed with the company 3 years ago in zone 3. The apartment was more modern and fresh. I was a solo traveller ... I booked in May. So at start of season or so. The staff at reception said the complex was so busy etc because of The horse festival etc in main..but the pool was empty most days. And after speaking to regular travellers I was told that the apartment were not fully booked. I do think if I was with my husband or even a few family I would have had different experiences. . . Even though I paid over 730 for apartment in sept by myself I was treated differently. I won't be using menorcarentaos again
