The house is a villa (restored) with garden, no condominium and quiet, has a garage with automatic gate, large verandas, artistic fountains. Kitchen for the exclusive use, overlooking the garden with veranda, equipped with all comforts and totally independent entrance.

Was not expecting living area outside including kitchen. Sitting area was a park bench and cafe table. Kitchen was clean and outside of bedroom and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Sitting area a bit run down, not manicured gardens. Convenient to catch ferry to Sicily
