Excellent location next to the Botanic gardens. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Polite staff.
Bathroom had hair in on the top surfaces. The basement room had minimal daylight with windows facing the car park and an alleyway. The car park was tricky to navigate as the lane is narrow and the spaces tight requiring that you park at a certain angle and with risk of being unable to leave if anyone else parks afterward. This appeared to be closely monitored by the receptionist on cameras to avoid any issues, however I would be nervous to park an SUV sized vehicle there again.
