Graceful apartment in small residence with encircled swimming-pool and from cures garden to you. Of three rooms, two bedrooms, one whit one bed double, one whit one bed double and three beds single for three persons. Every rooms with balcony and bathroom where you can look the Garda Lake, one bathroom and one shower-room, one dining room with kitchen with balcony for the lunches to the open. Moreover great solarium and garden in common to the beautiful swimming-pool. To two steps from house is possible of the thermal baths in the lakes with warm water 37°, bath with idromassage in a wonderful park with beautiful villa of age of the 1700 opened all the year. Vicinity to beach and the bays of Garda Lake with visit to the medieval country of Lazise with charming castle. Moreover is possible to go in short time on the beautiful mountain encircled the wonderful lacustrine panorama. In 1 hour of the car Venice, the city of Bolzano, Moena, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Brunico, Corvara, Merano. Verona is to the 15 km with the wonderful monuments (the amphitheater of Arena) with its Opera Lyrich in all the summery period. Every confort and adjacent amusement the place. Above all relax and vacation.

The apartment is in the perfect place for exploring Lake Garda and was only 15 mins from beautiful Lazise. i wouldn't hesitate to give this 10/10 and hopefully we will be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment (family of 5). Carla is a fantastic and welcoming host, taking the time to show us around the apartment and giving great tips about things to do. She even lent us a bike that we could use when shopping for groceries. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Lazise is a wonderful town with a great beach, our children loved it! Only a 10-15 minutes walk to the lovely town centre with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Highly recommended!

The property was great! The owner, Carla, was phenomenal and could not have been more accommodating. My friends and I were very late arriving, but she patiently waited for us. This is a wonderful location from which to venture out. I am hoping to return in June 2020!!!

We've just come back from a fantastic week in Carla's apartment. It's a great location with a 10-15 minute walk to the centre for shops, restaurants and the beach. We were a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. There is a good size bedroom with an ensuite downstairs and a double with up to 3 singles upstairs so lots of flexibility. Another bathroom upstairs was also useful. We chose not to cook dinner but there was a kitchen with all mod cons - even a coffee machine. There is a shared pool but we seemed the only ones who used it - perhaps the temperature was not warm enough for others. Easy access for Verona and Venice too. Carla was extremely attentive and was a pleasure to deal with. She was off site but was always available if there's any problems. Can highly recommend her and the apartment.

This is a lovely apartment. Much bigger than expected. As the apartment over looks the pool you can easily pop into the pool and then back to the apartment without the need to lock up. Share the pool with a few other apartments, but we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Very comfy beds, all facilities you need. We were a family of 4 (children 14 and 11). Great location, about 10/15 min walk to local (large) supermarket and about 15 mins to centre of Lazise. Lazise has lots of restaurants and places to wonder around. We hired a speed boat one day (14 year old birthday present) which was superb. A car would be handy to fill up from supermarket etc, but we used the local buses or our legs!. We visited Verona - to see Juliet's balcony one day. Also went to Water Park - look out for free shuttle buses. A great family apartment in a pretty location. The host was great meeting us off the bus and giving us a tour of Lazise.

First trip to Italy and didn't disappoint. Signora Carla, very helpful and supportive. Apartment, lovely and ideal for a family of 5. My daughters loved the pool ! Have already recommended to friends and family and hope to go back and stay in the future. Thanks Carla !

Wonderful apartment in great location

We spent 10 nights in this apartment last month and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, spacious (family of 5)and comfortable . Carla was very welcoming and gave us great information about the area. She was on hand if we needed anything. Pool was perfect to return home to after a day out enjoying the sights. 10/15 mins walk into the lovely town of Lazise, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to go back there.Thank you Carla

Well although the weather was unusually rainy, Lazise and Garda in general are beautiful places. We were met as agreed by Carla who took the time to show us around the apartment and give lots of advice about places to visit and good restaurants. She also provided a lovely welcome pack of wine, tea and coffee. The apartment itself is on the first floor of a small development, two good sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Nice pool area id just a few strides away. Overall, we were very pleased. My only recommendation to Carla would be to get an electric kettle for the apartment, an essential for a morning cuppa!

This is a great apartment about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Lazise. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with a very nice pool. The owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a lovely stay and hope to return .

Lovely family holiday

My husband and I stayed with our 2 children in August. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay. Carla lives next door so is on hand if needed. The pool is small but clean and is shared, but we had it on our own many times. The location is great, 15 mins walk to Lasize which is a beautiful town. For children Movieland and Aquapark are 10 mins in the car. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend the apartment to anyone. Thank you Carla for being a wonderful host.

The location is great for a trip in the surroundings of the Garda Lake. The apartment is very nice, clean and well equiped. Very close to the center (10 min. walk) Carla was very nice and helpful. we followed her recommendations and it all went great. it was a great vacation!

The pituresque lakeside (partial view from the balcony) was only a 15 minute walk away and the boats were a lovely way to visit several of the beautiful towns. Not to be missed is the relaxing Thermal Parc at Cola just 2km from Lazise and the cable car trip into the mountains at Malcesine. nb English was readily spoken."

Ich war direkt vom Apartment begeistert! Sehr groß und geräumig, sehr sauber und alles mit Liebe eingerichtet, so viele Details wo man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Die große Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, Dolce Gusto Kafeemaschine, was mich persönlich sehr gefreut hat :-) TV und Schlafsofa sind auch in der Küche und Klimaalage ist oben wie auch im uneren Wohnbereich vorhanden. Badezimmer auch sehr sauber und meherere Handtücher waren vorhanden und alles super süß eingerichtet. Ich habe in der oberen Etage geschlafen und hatte für mich alleine ein Riesen Zimmer (1x Doppelbett, 2x Einzelbetten) mit Bad und einem kleinen süßen Balkon. Und unten war noch ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Balkon. Dann gibt es noch den mega pool und die Outdoor Dusche wo wir juns jeden Tag abgekühlt haben. Die Gastgeberin Carla (und auch ihre Familie) war mir von der ersten Sekunde an sympathisch und war immer hilfsbereit. Ich hoffe bald wieder dort zu sein, a presto! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten. Wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Carla ist eine sehr sympathische, kommunikative Vermieterin, die uns mit vielen Ausflugstipps versorgt hat und jederzeit ansprechbar war, wenn es eine Frage gab. Wir können die Unterkunft rundum empfehlen! Fewo und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur würden wir allerdings nur mittelmäßig bewerten. Es gab Probleme die 2. Zahlung von der Kreditkarte abzubuchen und Fewo bietet KEINE andere Zahlweise an. Das ist echt ein Armutszeugnis! Nicht jeder hat eine Kreditkarte! Wir sind froh, dass wir durch ein Entgegenkommen von Carla den Urlaub trotzdem antreten konnten. Aber daran muss Fewo arbeiten.

Von den ersten Kontakten bis zur Abreise und darüber hinaus war alles perfekt. Eine Flasche Wein und eine "Torta frolla" als Willkommensgruss, eine umfassende Einweisung in die Haustechnik und Tipps zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Es hatte uns an nichts gefehlt. Carla, die Eigentümerin ist nicht nur sehr sympathisch, sondern ausgesprochen fürsorglich. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Très bien accueilli par Carla, nous avons fait de sa maison notre camp de base pour 2 nuits. Piscine partagée rafraîchissante au pieds de la maison. A 15min à pieds du coeur historique de Lazise à faire en balade le soir. Compter 45min pour rejoindre Malcesino mais c'est facile et tellement joli. Locations de bateau à 2km. Et plages accessibles aussi. Attention, lieu de ralliement des touristes hollandais, on peut parfois se sentir plus en Hollande qu'en Italie mais cela ne nous a pas gênés. En tout cas nous avons passé un Excellent moment chez Carla.

Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der Balkon unserer Wohnung war relativ klein. Die Lage ist ruhig. Ca. 15 Gehminuten von Lazise entfernt. Ob es insgesamt ruhig in der Anlage ist, kann nicht beurteilt werden, da nur sehr wenige Wohnungen belegt waren.

Eine sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung für schöne Tage am Gardasee! Ruhige gelegen und trotzdem sind es nur 15 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt. Zwei Balkone zum Sitzen, sogar mit ein wenig Seeblick und zwei sehr gepflegten Schlafzimmern, auf jeder Etage eins, auch jeweils mit eigenen Badezimmern. Sowie einen ganz kleinen im oberen Schlafzimmer. Eigener Eingang, und unproblematisches Parken in einer ruhigen Sackgasse nur 30 m entfernt. Die Einrichtung läßt keine Wünsche offen! Carla, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich, pünktlich und zuvorkommend. Sie erklärt alles ruhig und ausführlich, gibt wertvolle Tipps und legt auch aktuelle Prospekte aus. Ein sauberer Swimmingpool kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Liegen dazu sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Alles in allem, 5*****! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten! Papa mit drei Teenie-Töchtern, denen das eigene große Schlafzimmer besonders gefallen hat :-)
