The location is perfect. The appartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Plenty of hot water and a good shower.

If some English channels on the TV would have been available the stay would have been perfect. Its something I will check on before booking long stays. This doesn't apply to us but if there had been four guests there isn't enough seating in living room

Beautiful place..be careful to read the conditions of contract and insist on having cash back.

Best view we have ever had. We were on the first floor a few feet away from the beach. We had a balcony so could sit and watch the sunset.

I had no information at all on key collection or the repayment of the deposit of 250 Euros payable on collection of the keys. we arrived at 12 midday, 1 hour earlier than I had told the owners, so we waited for them to come with the key. At 1.20 I found a concierge for the building and he pointed to the estate agency number attached to another property beig rented. I phoned Ester and she told me I had to go and fetch the keys at an agency in Cala de Finestrat which involved an exhausting walk along the Poniente beach up flights of steep steps and down a very steep incline to the next resort along from Benidorm. She stated that I had to arrive by 2 PM toreceive the keys as the agency closed at this time. I was told to connect to Whatsapp and that the agency would send me a map. Ester also said we could get there in our car using the map. We flew into Benidorm, we have no car and no access to Whatsapp. I was tol dmy deposit would be paid back to me in the UK. I signed a contract to say I agreed to this but fought it as this is a currency exchange and my pounds which I changed at a rate of 1.08 would have been changed back at appproximately 1.20 so I stood to lose on the operation. Ester eventually gave in and admitted the information she passed on to me in September 2018 when the booking went through had not been passed on. We had a very stressed start to our holiday.

La literie pas confortable,la douche à revoir ameublement prévoir de changer, c’est encore un peu vieillot.

La ubicación era excelente tanto x lineas de bus como x comercios y restaurantes además de ser una playa tranquila y sin masificaciones que eso es importante así como las vistas que eran impresionantes de la playa al estar en primera línea, la terraza tenía toldo que eso es importante también.

La ducha era muy pequeña así como la terraza en relación con las fotos que ponían que aparenta ser mas grande, aparte el mobiliario de dicha terraza era muy viejo, el sofa era algo incomodo y ocupaba mucho espacio
