The 350 square meter house extends over a 2500 square meter garden, with an 8x4 swimming pool and solarium for exclusive use and offers comfortable space for two or three families.
Divided over 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Agata house can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The entire property is surrounded by greenery thanks to tall trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
The swimming pool area with garden, solarium and gazebo is perfectly equipped with sun beds, table, sofas and chairs and allows you to enjoy freshness and relaxation.

On the ground floor there are:
- A large and bright lounge offering 12 seats; perfectly equipped with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, game console and library.
The hall leads to the garden and to the shaded outdoor barbecue area with a table for 12 people and a sink; perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.
- The new fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook on holiday in the company of family and friends.
The kitchen, through large windows, leads directly to the garden.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
- A laundry area with washing machine, large sink and practical shelf.
- A large rumpus room equipped with a professional wood-burning oven, internal barbecue and a large work area in which to prepare the classic Italian recipe: pizza. From the room equipped with a table that comfortably seats 14 people you enter the garden and the parking area.

A large internal staircase leads to the upper floors of the villa,
On the first floor we find:
- The blue bedroom with three single beds, the red bedroom (for children) with two bunk beds and an additional sofa bed, the yellow bedroom with a large double bed and sofa bed and the orange bedroom with a French double bed (140x200 cm). 
From all the rooms you have access to the terrace that runs along the whole house offering the opportunity to observe the splendid panorama of the Ligurian Gulf or to access, through a practical and wide walkway, the swimming pool and solarium area.
- A second bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub.

Continuing through the internal staircase we reach the second floor where we find:
- The green room with double bed and a splendid sea view.
- A third bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, relaxation corner and whirlpool tub.


The entire house is perfectly fenced allowing your dog to move in complete tranquility and through practical gates it is possible to delimit the various areas for the tranquility of your children.
Inside the house you will find every type of comfort available for your stay: from sun beds to a ping pong table and many games for children including a slide and a swing.

Upon your arrival we will make you find a welcome basket with typical products of our land.
