About this villa rental
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats going to and from the island every day during the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these villas are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.
The villa is in a small complex of 5 houses, each one completely independent and with their own swimming pools. The villa is 120sq meters on a 1,500sq meters plot of land, overlooking the Port of Kea.
The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a w.c. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one bathroom. On the ground floor there is an independent guest house with a a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Outside there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, a shaded dining area with a barbecue and various seating and sunbathing areas.
Amenities: Internet pay as you go, air-conditioning, mosquito blinds on all windows, pool shower, BBQ, swimming pool, 3 flat screen TV's, refrigerator, Hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, Espresso machine, toaster, blender, juice extractor, iron and board, fire extinguisher, medical kit, linen and towels provided, pool towels, 4 sunbeds, outdoor dining for 10, indoor dining for 6, parking for 2 cars.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

La maison est située en haut d une colline surplombant la baie de kourissia. Elle est exposée sud sud est avec du soleil toute la journée et un magnifique coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Elle est plutôt protégée du vent. L intérieur est mignon et confortable. Maria Lemos est une hote efficace, disponible et très sympa qui a su régler très rapidement les quelques petits problèmes que nous avons eu très rapidement. L île de Kea est magnifique. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel
