נקי קטן ומסודר. מתאים לזוג לשנת לילה בלבד. האירוח הוא חדר עם מיטה (גבוהה במיוחד במקרה הזה) ומקלחת. פשוט כך. סהכ נתן מענה לנו כי רצינו מקום להניח את הראש בשקט.
תמורת המחיר יכל להשתדרג יופי בקלות עם צנצנות לקפה וסוכר (לא כוס פלסטיק ללא כיסוי) , זוג כוסות תואמות ,בקבוק חלב ואם רוצים ממש להשתגע- זוג עוגיות. ניתן להפוך מפרקטי למפנק בפחות מ20 שח. חבל

בעלת הבית כרמלה, מקסימה, מאוד נעימה, נראה היה שחשבה על הנוחות שלנו בחדר הזה,שהיה מאובזר ונעים .היתה תחושה נעימה גם בחדר וגם מחוצה לו בחצר והקירבה לכינרת היפה ,גם יתרון מאוד גדול.
