About this house rental
What more could you want? A wonderful holiday place in a luxurious and newest complex in Playa de Pals, near the sandy beach. Around the communal garden are a total of 32 homes / villas, each with its own grass garden. From your private garden you can walk to the large garden and swimming pool (25 mx 12.5 m) and children's pool (5.5mx 5.5m). The private garden is lockable connection with small children.
The house is equipped with every luxury and conformity. Air conditioning / heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sunscreen, two bathrooms, three toilets, three bedrooms for seven people and baby, 2 balconies. The spacious living room is furnished with two three-person sofas, two armchairs, dining table and sliding doors to the covered terrace and garden with large dining table and chairs. Of course there is free wifi. Also present are two TVs, DVD player and two media players including hard disks with several films and series for all ages. Upon arrival you will find the welcome package. Can your vacation started right away and you do not immediately have to the store. Also handy if you arrive by plane. Girona Airport is 45 minutes away.
Casa Gavarres 29 in Playa de Pals is the ideal mix for a perfect holiday; relaxing, golfing, diving, cycling, culinary delights, culture happen ... You name it. Let's begin with (probably) the main activity of your holiday, laze. For a day at the beach because you do not get far. The fantastic wide beach of Playa de Pals is within walking distance. Will you also look at the idyllic bays that the area is rich. Via a beautiful route along the coast you will come to the "cala" of Sa Punta, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava (all within a radius of 10 km). Typical Costa Brava and a must during your holiday. Golf: You have views of the golf course. The road ended and one hole waiting for your turn. After a (un) exciting golf party delicious drink and dine in the immediate vicinity or in the medieval villages of Pals (5 km), Begur (6 km) and Peratallada (10 km). The maze of streets and alleys will take you to the nicest squares with outdoor cafes and finest restaurants. More entertainment? The most beautiful dive site of the Costa Brava you can see from the beach, the Medes Islands. You will then equal a fun boat ride on! And let's not forget the fabulous cities of Barcelona and Girona.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect, welcome air conditioning, well appointed and spacious. The outside area was lovely, we had many a bbq and ate all our meals on the patio.
The pool is saltwater and crystal clear. It is remarkably quiet for August and we sometimes had it to ourselves. A few issues with the door, which were quickly rectified, and we had a problem with the TV but we it didn’t detract from our stay. Thank you so so much! A holiday to remember!

Wir haben uns in dem FH sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt. Sowohl zu dem Strand als auch zu den Restaurants konnten wir mit unseren Kindern problemlos laufen (ca. 10 Minuten), so dass wir auch mit der Lage sehr zufrieden waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Maison très bien agancée, superbe résidence très calme à cette période (je pense que nous étions seuls) maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût !
Bémol : pas de barrière de sécurité dans les escaliers pour les enfants assez dangereux et pas de baignoire dommage pour les bébés mais on fait avec !
L agence qui accueil pas du tout professionnelle, pas de chauffage mis avant donc très froid pendant 3 jours (achat personnel d un chauffage d appoint), aucunes nouvelles concernant la remise des clés du départ impossible de les joindre même en laissant des messages (heures, conditions....) au final clés dans la boîte aux lettres de l agence, en arrivant on nous donne les draps et à nous de faire les lits, les robinets du système d eau espagnol (au plafond)ne sont pas ouverts pour faire une machine
On a aucune nouvelle concernant le retour de la caution !
Sinon séjour agréable dans une maison superbe ne l oublions pas, les propriétaires n y sont pour rien
