This is a nice place to stay, close to the Cairngorms but away from the busyness of Aviemore. We enjoyed having the train just down in Kingussie for taking a day trip to Edinburgh. The house is as expected, but feels a little sterile. The neighborhood is quiet.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Sneuk Head. The cottage was clean (not spotless 😊, but clean), well equiped, and close to luxury as we were 3 so we had each a bathroom, though "only" 2 showers! On top of this, there are plenty of activities to do nearby, and the house is close to the A9 if you want to go further. The host was very responsive to the various questions we had and always very kind. All in all, we'd be very glad to come back there if we have another opportunity.

My family and I stayed at Sneuk Head Kingussie, in the Cairngorms - Scottish Highlands. It was a fantastic choice. It was clean, well-maintained and had great access to nearby attractions. We were thrilled with the location and had a wonderful time exploring the stunning scenery of the Highlands. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of room to relax after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay, and the beds were comfortable and cozy. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made the accommodation feel like a home away from home. Overall, I would highly recommend this Vrbo accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location make it a great choice for families, couples or solo travelers. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future

this is a well kept well maintained property there was lots of room for all the family, as described there was a beautiful view from the front of snow capped hills and a field of sheep from the back. The house seemed to have every thing we needed from a well stocked kitchen to toys and games for the kids. I also like the location, being just 15 minutes from Aviemore. All in all i would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Convenient location to visit the Lochs And the national park Family friendly house and neighbourhood, if travelling with kids and grandparents. Very good facilities inside the house with downstairs bedroom with enusite and separate WC downstairs. Location of the house and veiws are amazing. The Sneuk Head had been the perfect holiday house for my family. The property was in quite place with all necessary facilities. Manager was very easy to get in touch if there is any problems but there wasn’t any problem at all. I have planned to come for winter skiing.

We had a lovely trip. The house has character, located just off a farm. The property has everything you need and for 8 people(including young kids), we were impressed with the space and toilets available. You are already in a scenic setting and we spent time in the garden, however its so close to the A9 (without hearing it) its so handy. We had a small problem caused by irresponsible previous occupants but Mike rectified it straight away, was brilliant and communicating in general too. Couldn't recommend the owner, the property or the setting enough. Hope you enjoy your trip!

We had a wonderful holiday in Lynchat and found the property to be just what we required. 4 adults and 4 children were accommodated with room for all of us at the dining table which was lovely. Great access in and around the Cairngorm mountains. Kingussie within easy reach for shops and cafes and a variety of Lochs, Watersports, museums, book shops and animal reserves too. Plenty to do and see. A really special trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
