A great summer experience

The host (Derya) was great and very helpful, the place was clean, parking place big, the scenery around the house absolutely amazing.

The weather was less than perfect for hiking for the last two days (although we managed to do it before the rain - Silveretta Premium Card is super!) but the nearby big Wellness Centre in Ischgl saved the rainy day.

Austria is incredible

We had a lovely time in Mathon/Ischgl. Already planning the next one. Great staff, location, breakfast and cozy room with balcony. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Ischgl Ski resort by car so it’s very well connected, there is also a free bus if needed. We were lucky to get a lot of new snow so our experience was amazing. Thanks for receiving us so well Veronika!

We had a nice stay in Mathon!

The location was good even if it was outside Ischgl, close to the bus stop. Nice apartment and friendly staff!

The cleaning can be better. The kitchen tools and accessories needs to be updated so there are at least 4 pieces in good condition of each glass, plate and so on. Could not find any tray to cook in the oven.

Superb

Edelweisshof is located in a stunning valley, offering a lot of activities for the summer period too. The place was really comfortable, we really enjoyed the fresh bread option from local bakery. A special addition worth mentioning is the Silvretta card, which allows all residents of the place to use cable cars once a day to get up high in the mountains - we enjoyed it a lot.

Everything was really nice and for a good price. The online check in saved us lots of time, all you have to do is sign and pick up the Silvretta card. We appreciated the location. It was very easy to get to Ischgl or Galtür or you can also start lots of nice hikes directly in front of the house. The view from the balcony was awesome!

Ok hotel, but not a great service

- Good location (3 min walk from bus stop, which takes 10 mins to get in to town) - Clean rooms

- Apartment rooms are not well set up for 4 people. There is 1 proper room and then another small bed in between the hallway to the bathroom - Breakfast is overpriced for what you get - Staff are friendly but weren’t informative when we arrived and were not available during the day. When we arrived, we were given a key and pointed to the general direction of the room (which was in a different building). No other information e.g. breakfast, bus stop was provided.

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist top, der Skibus ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, genau richtig für 4 Personen.

come hanno gestito le mie richieste, siamo rimasti senza luce per 1 giorno e nessuno ci ha risposto, avevo prenotato un appartamento con terrazzo solo che l’appartamento che ci hanno dato era al piano terra e secondo loro il terrazzo cera

Alles in Ordnung. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder mit 7 und 8 Jahren. Platz im Apartment war ausreichend. Bad sehr groß.

Unzumutbar

Badezimmer komplett von schwarzem Schimmel befallen, deswegen auch im gesamten Apartment muffiger Gestank. Dies sollte auf keinen Fall vermietet werden. Da helfen auch die Luftentfeuchter, die im Wohnraum und Bad aufgebaut waren nicht mehr.

Altmodisch mit gutem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

Der Preis und die Lage sind super.

Zimmer war kalt und leicht feucht. Außerdem ist die Zimmer nach meinem Geschmack etwas zugestellt mit alten Möbeln. Dadurch für Allergiker eher nicht geeignet.
