Situated on the fourth (highest) floor, this apartment gives you the chance to sunbathe on your own balcony (facing west), marvel the sunset and to enjoy watching the people on the beach and the boulevard. When you are ready for some time outdoors, take advantage of all of the walking and cycling paths and miles of beaches this area has to offer!
Relax in this modern furnished apartment (55 m²) suited for up to two people. The stylish living room has a sitting area with a sofa and a wooden dining table with seats for 4. Also a flat screen TV is available.
The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing area, combi microwave/oven.
The wonderful bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower and wash basin. The apartment has a seperate toilet. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and 2 closets.
Free Wifi is available. In the garage you have your own parking space (15 m²) for one car. Bed linen and towels will be provided at a cost.
