Schön für ein verlängertes Wochenende.

Unser Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum See ist toll. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Die Raumtemperartur im Ruheraum / Wellnessbereich war dieses Mal recht frisch. In der Bar hat es in der Vergangenheit immer eine kleine Abendkarte mit leckeren Gerichten gegeben, das gibt es wohl nicht mehr. Schade. Gleiches gilt für den Entsafter beim Frühstück und Schuhe für den Wellnessbereich. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption antwortete die Dame lächelnd, dass es das wohl alles nicht mehr geben würde. Das ist Schade, wir waren schon oft hier zu Gast und kennen das vom Hotel Walchsee eigentlich anders.

Zimmer zum wohlfühlen - Frühstücksbuffet besonders gut!

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Wahnsinn. So unglaublich viel Auswahl und tolle Qualität! Wir konnten mit unserem Hund sogar in einem separaten Raum frühstücken. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern, zum wohlfühlen. Das Personal ist durchweg super freundlich gewesen.

Im Inserat sind auch Fotos vom Fitnessraum des anderen Standorts Lakeside. Dieser Fitnesstraum ist etwas moderner und besser ausgestattet, worauf ich mich gefreut hatte. Trotzdem konnten wir im vorhandenen Raum im Aktivresort auch gut trainieren. Hier bitte bei einem der Fahrräder nachsehen, das quietscht beim Treten.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal extrem freundlich. Pilates am See war ein Traum. Die Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt und der Wellnessbereich hat auch im Sommer eine großzügige Öffnungszeit.

Ein Getränk auf dem Zimmer hätte mir sehr gut gefallen. Zudem war die Rezeption im Wellnessbereich nicht besetzt, so dass wir kein Salzpeeling für die Sauna nutzen konnten.

Alle Spa und Wellness Angebote sind im Haupthaus Aktivresort, 5 Minuten über die Straße entfernt, ebenso alle Kinderaktivitäten (die im Haupthaus zusätzlich noch Geld kosten), das Abend Buffet wird ebenfalls im Haupthaus eingenommen, auch der Indoor Pool ist im Haupthaus und NICHT im Lakeside. Das war auf der Webseite nicht eindeutig beschrieben.

Das 1.Bild ist das Schwester Hotel "Lakeside", so wird vorgegaukelt das Aktivresort läge direkt am See, es ist aber über die Straße. Man könnte an den hoteleigenen Strand (wie in der Beschreibung genannt) allerdings gegen Zahlung von 25€ pro Liege/Sonnenschirm. Das wird einem erst auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption offeriert.

Romantisches Geburtstagswochenende

Wir haben die Lakeside Suite gebucht. Die Aussicht und Ausstattung war fantastisch. Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut.

Der Wellnessbereich liegt im Hauptgebäude und bei Regen ist es doof rüber zu laufen. Zudem machen die Saunen erst um 14 Uhr am Sonntag auf. Da das Frühstück nur bis 10:30 Uhr geht war die Lücke nicht in Ordnung. Auf Anfrage wurden dann die Saunen doch früher an gemacht. Wir hatten keine Zahnbürsten im Zimmer.

For meget trafikstøj fra vejen når man sidder på altanen. Fitnesscenter var lukket for Hotelgæsterne da Hotellet havde leje den ud til en fodboldklub som brugte det.

Unglaublich schöne Landschaft und ein herrlicher Ausblick auf den Walchsee mit dem zahmen Kaiser im Hintergrund. Service, Küche und Ausstattung des Lakeside fügen sich perfekt in die Kulisse ein. Meget lækkert spa- og poolområde med opvarmet pool. Fantastisk morgenmad, herunder frisklavede æggeretter og mulighed for at lave grøntsagsjuice- mange gode kvalitetsprodukter. En god taske samt kåber til brug i spaområdet.

Jeg følte mig meget snydt af billederne, da jeg fik det indtryk, at hotellet lå ned til søen. Hotellet er delt i to bygninger, hvoraf en ligger et godt stykke væk fra søen- på dette hotel er poolen og spaen. Vil man benytte hotellets solsenge ved søen koster dette 25 euro for de gæster som ikke bor ved søen. Der burde være separate sider for hvert hotel - aktivhotel og lakeside, da hotellerne ikke forekommer forbundne overhovedet. Dette var umuligt at gennemskue ved booking og var meget skuffende. Jeg ville ikke have betalt den krævede pris, hvis jeg vidste dette.

Einziger Grund warum nicht überall 5 Sterne? Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen und das Hotel relativ Teuer weil grad Challange (Triathlon) war und die Nachfrage hoch.

Perfekt für den aktiven Urlauber mit super Schlechtwetterprogramm im Hotel

Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet und sehr gut. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage machen den Aufenthalt wesentlich angenehmer bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Man darf auch den Seezugang und Fitnessraum beim Hotel am See nutzen, beides super. Vom Hotel aus starten gleich einige Wanderrouten, von 7-15k alles dabei. Sauna/Thermenbereich schön groß mit Indoor/Outdoor Pool, wodurch man bei schlechtem Wetter schneller ein Alternativprogramm findet. Generell ein super Hotel für den Aktivurlaub, mit super Möglichkeiten auch mal den Tag mit Therme/Pool zu verbringen.

Unser Zimmer war Richtung Straße ausgerichtet, wodurch ein Schlafen bei offenen Fenster nur mir Ohropax möglich ist und Klima über Nacht laufen lassen ist eher weniger schlau. War für unser aber kein Problem, wenn man den Raum unter Tags mittels Klima gut kühlt.

Das renovierte Haupthaus „Aktivresort“ inklusive renovierter Zimmer, das leckere Frühstück, der schöne Wellnessbereich mit großzügigem Indoor/Oudoor Pool, das zum Hotel gehörige Restaurant direkt am See

Leider ist das mit der Nutzung des Seezugangs als Gast im Haupthaus „Aktivresort“ sehr irreführend. Während in der Beschreibung des Hotels noch davon die Rede ist, man dürfe alles mitnutzen, heißt es an der Rezeption plötzlich, dass der Seezugang „mitgenutzt werden kann“, die Liegen am See kosten jedoch 25€ pro Liege pro Tag! Als Gast im Haupthaus „Aktivresort“ können also nur die Liegen im Wellnesbereich genutzt werden, welcher sich aber 5 Gehminuten von Seezugang beim Haupthaus befindet.

Strand/Stegbenutzung in der Dependance Lakeside. Frühstücksbuffet gut bestückt.

Buffet am Abend, unzureichend, teilweise vertrocknete Sachen oder verkocht, kein Koch dabei. Personal teilweise unfreundlich und inkompetent. Zimmer mit Bad/Wc in einem - ohne ausreichende Lüftung (Badezimmertür schließt auch noch schlecht). Liegen in der Dependance Lakeside kosten pr.Tag u. Person €25,-- (eine Frechheit). Zimmermädchen läßt Zimmertür offen, Generalkarte stecken und verschwindet. Hotelpool hat Thermentemperatur, bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet, inkompentent und unfreundlich, Teile fehlen, fragt man danach bekommt man keine oder nur pampige Antworten. War sehr enttäuscht, da auf unserer Rundreise, andere Hotels dieser Katerogie um sehr vieles besser waren.

Ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich auf unseren Aufenthalt im Walchsee Lakeside. Die Suiten sind sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage direkt am See hervorragend. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant (wenn es denn geöffnet hat) ist sehr gut. Leider wurde uns dieser Service an vielen Tagen nicht geboten, somit können wir keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Wie oben erwähnt, hatte die Gastronomie (Restaurant und Bar) an mehreren Tagen wegen Personalmangel geschlossen. Wir wurden in das entfernt liegende Haupthaus zum Frühstück und Abendessen verfrachtet. Ferner stand uns der angebotene Service durch Tagungen und private Events nur sehr eingeschränkt zur Verfügung und hatte mit den Aussagen auf der Website nicht annähernd zu tun. Keine Empfehlung, wir würden dieses Haus nie wieder buchen.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Schönes hotel mit zentraler Lage in Walchsee. Sehr moderner und schöner Wellness Bereich.

Beim Frühstück wurde uns (5 Personen, zwei Zimmer) kein passend großer Tisch angeboten - sowohl die Kommunikation als auch die Möglichkeit eine flexiblen Lösung zu finden kann verbessert werden. Teilweise war die Sauna nicht angeschaltet und es das Personal musste darauf hingewiesen werden.

Tout le secteur Wellness est très agréable. Nous avons adoré la piscine , la température de l'eau était parfaite et grâce au beau temps, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieure. A notre grande surprise lors de notre arrivée, il y avait un parking souterrain où nous avons pu garer notre voiture bien à l'abri. Un point positif en plus 😊 L'ambiance du bar et son personnel étaient très agréables. Nous retournerons certainement séjourner dans cet hôtel en combinant un passage chez notre fille à Innsbruck.

A disappointment…

Spacious room, play room for kids

It was a disappointment. I’ve stayed at many-many hotels, including spa hotels in the Alps, and this was the most expensive (just under 400 euro per night) and the worst value for the money we paid. First of all, the pictures are very misleading. It looks like the hotel is right on the lake, but it’s not. Only the smaller building is, the main building with the spa is a walk away from the lake, by a road, and doesn’t have much of a view. This is just unethical. We chose this hotel among many in Tirol just for the lake view. The spa was subpar - small, only a small sauna and steam room (for families), no whirlpool, no kids pool, no view… They didn’t have slippers - we had to walk to and around the spa in sneakers. The breakfast was average at best - not that many options to choose from and didn’t seem like the best quality either. There was no minibar or refreshments, like water or tea kettle/coffee machine in the room.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet – ein echtes Ambiente zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals sowie die durchweg hohe Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit schönen Wanderungen und entspannenden Momenten in der Sauna ist das Hotel eine Empfehlung wert.

Ein kleiner Wunsch unsererseits wären Pancakes zum Frühstück gewesen – das hätte das Angebot für uns perfekt abgerundet. Der Wellnessbereich hat unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt. Er ist eher klein, und besonders bei schlechtem Wetter war die finnische Sauna oft überfüllt. Leider wurden auch im Ruhebereich viele Liegen dauerhaft reserviert, sodass es bei hoher Auslastung schwierig war, einen Platz zu finden. Hier wäre etwas mehr Platz oder eine bessere Regelung wünschenswert. Da wir vor allem zum Wandern in der Region waren, hätten wir uns zudem einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gewünscht, um unser Vesper kühl zu lagern.

Opis i zdjęcia wprowadzają klienta w błąd. Na miejscu okazało się że istnieją dwa ośrodki, które w booking były podciągnięte pod jeden obiekt. Na stronie nie ma wyraźnego rozróżnienia które pokoje leżą w danym obiekcie. To że pokoje były podzielone na „z widokiem na jezioro” i „bez” nie stanowi formy rozróżniania obiektów. Patrząc na zdjęcia zamieszczone na stronie wydaje się że rezerwujesz obiekt polozony nad jeziorem, a tymczasem odległość do jeziora z drugiego obiektu jest znaczna. Byliśmy rozczarowani tą dezinformacją. W naszym pokoju drzwi dosłownie falowały w futrynie - ruszała się w całości podczas zamykania i otwierania. Fatalna akustyka - w pokoju słychać każdy szmer z korytarza - wieczorem wrażenie jakby spał na karytarzu, a nie w pokoju.
