Excellent places.

It was close to the beach. There was own pool even for the kids. There was a nice restaurant across the street.

The TV can be a little bit bigger. There was no WIFI but it’s not a big deal. We used the 5G mobile service.

It’s beautiful and good areas , free parking, swimming pool. There is quite place and good for vacation with children.

There is so dirty place. We didn’t have towels and personal didn’t say that I can rent it . There is so bad smell.

Location is good, sea is close. Air conditioning worked. Swimming pool is good

1) The sea was dirty, with red algae and jellyfish 2) There was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment, and nothing else: no soap, no dish sponge, no salt. We had to buy everything ourselves. These little things left a very unpleasant impression. 3) No one answers on phone provided as a contact, but we got replies on emails.

Great location, not good accommodation

The location is excellent. Quite. The beach is very close by , the facility has it own pathway.

The apartment wasn't clean. The bathroom was very stinky, couldn't get rid of the smell it was coming from the pipes. The beds were super uncomfortable. The stove didn't worked properly, the fridge was very loud. It was hard to sleep. The garage entrance isn't leveled up , we had to be very careful when we were driving in or out otherwise the bottom of the car reached the driveway.

Superb

despide many negative review related to dirty appartment, we were positively surprised. Apartment was very clean without any issues in this area. Keys were prepared in the Europa agency, app 5 min drive from accommodation, underground garage helped to keep the car cool. There is only 1 parking space per apparment (we arrived by 2 cars, found a free parking just oposite to building). There was an big terase, where our 2 years old boy could play. Nice swimming pool within the accommodation, and very close to the beach. Yes, this place is not in the city center of Bibione, but its not so overcrowded. If you search for wild life, discos, beers etc, this will not be for you. We travelled with kid and enjoyed it really a lot.

this was not a negative point- but the electricity was closed in electric fuse, the gas was stopped in 2 places. It took as a while to understand how to switch it on (and had to call the agency due to gas, they came in 15 mins, no issues finally)

Apartment is close to the nice beach, swimming pool, big balcony, air conditioning, quiet, green territory, good parking in the garage.

At our arrival smell from the cupboards was awfull, apartment has not been ventilated for a long time. We were very suprised when we did not found bedding and towels in the apartment, - during check-in agency staff did not mentioned about that. Finally we needed to return back to the agency (10 min by car) and receive them for 40€. Beds were to hard. Furniture and equipment from '90- th. No wifi internet available..

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gepflegt aber in die Jahre gekommen

Dass selbst Sonntags der Haustechniker kam als der Safe nicht funktionierte. Die Anlage liegt sehr schön und Strandnah.

Nutzen der Tiefgaragenauffahrt leider nur mit Aufsitzen des Autos möglich, trotz normalem Auto und sehr langsamer Fahrt.

Schöne Wohnanlage dicht am Strand

Leider konnte das Appartement mit dem positiven Äußeren der Anlage nicht mithalten. Modriger Geruch aus den Möbeln, den auch die in Mengen verteilten Deo- Steine nicht verbergen konnten. Appartement nicht sauber, so dass der Vermieter nachreinigen musste. Safe ohne Schlüssel. Das 2te Schlafzimmer, welches im Appartement sein sollte, war nur über eine Wendeltreppe außen, auf dem Balkon zugänglich. Bei Regen war die Treppe ein echtes Risiko. Kühlschrank fleckig und nicht sauber.

Bene, ma non benissimo

Ottima la posizione vicinissima al mare e il tipo di abitazione. Posto adatto per i bambini con diversi "svaghi" raggiungibili a piedi.

L'appartamento necessita manutenzione costante e qualche pecca l'abbiamo trovata. La cosa peggiore è che ho dovuto aspettare tre giorni per fare una doccia calda con due bambini piccoli (i primi due lo staff ha insinuato che non fossi capace io di utilizzare il boiler, stranamente da quando l'hanno sostituito non ho avuto più problemi).

Dovolenou jsme si úžasně užili 🤩 Za nás vše super. Po recenzích zde jsem.se trochu bála, co nas čeká, ale vše bylo na je

Vybavení přesně dle našeho očekávání. Nic nám nechybělo, všude čisto, vše funkční. Za nás velké plus obrovská terasa😊 Všude klid, žádný hluk. Kdo vyhledává pohodu a nepotřebuje městský ruch, tak tohle je to pravé 😊 Bazén čistý , kousíček na pláž, plážový servis super ( automaty na zmzlinu, kávu), v blízkosti toalety a vše potřebné. V blízkosti ubytování je zmrzlina, obchody s potravinami, půjčovna čtyřkol, do centra delší procházka , nic nám nechybělo. Jsme nadšeni 😍

Celkově pěkné místo, jen škoda že jsme si nemohli lépe vybrat apartmán ve kterém budeme.

Parkování v suterénu rezidence, privátní bazén, dostupnost pláže, klidné prostředí, plážový místo v ceně.

Nevětraný apartmán, který byl po příjezdu poměrně dost cítit toaletou. Nemožnost otevření oken na ventilaci, nevím jestli je to dáno tím že se jedná o přízemní apartmán, ale pro spaní v horkých dnech je to dost nevhodné. Rozkládací pohovka byla katastrofální. Ložní prádlo nic moc.

Da ich schon mehr als zwanzig Jahre nach Bibione fahre und bis auf wenige Ausnahmen in dieser Anlage wohne - es ist die Lage

In der Wohnung - die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, beim Gasherd die Zündung nicht, der Lüfter im Badezimmer so ungewöhnlich laut - ich habe 3x alles in der Agentur gemeldet, jedesmal sagte man das Kommen des Hausmeisters zu, es war die ganzen Tage niemand da! Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit waren die Lebensmittel bis zur Kleidung alles "feucht". Bin enttäuscht muss ich ehrlich sagen.

Lokalita byla super, moře i bazén blízko. Předzahrádka u apartmánu byla skvělá.

Věděli jsme , že apartmán není nejnovější, ale bohužel plísen tam je , i když jsme byli připraveni. Lokalita nám to vynahradila

Ich kenne diese Anlage seit sicher mehr als 25 Jahren, sie ist und wird sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnungen haben natürlich Abnutzungserscheinungen nach so langer Zeit der Nutzung. Der Pool sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage am Meer perfekt.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Mit dem Auto konnte man gut zur Ferienwohnung gelangen. In der zur Ferienwohnung gehörigen Tiefgarage war das Parken mit dem Auto anschließend unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war angemessen ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten gegen Aufpreis dazu gebucht werden. Der Strand war in ca. 80 Meter Entfernung zu erreichen. Ein Pool in der Anlage der Ferienwohnungen lud ebenfalls zur Erfrischung ein.
