Nice place nearby the beach, warm welcome. The owner speaks English :)

Very nice owners do everything to satisfy their guests. They deserve a rating of 10. I have never seen such a nice service before. Spacious apartment with air conditioning. Very good location, close to the shop opened longer than others on the island, near the beach and the city.

I had to wait for the keys. You'd better call the owner and make an appointment to pick up the keys so you don't wait. Lack of access to WiFi internet is common in many accommodation in Martinique. Sheets make sleeping uncomfortable, but I was one of the first guests and the owners do their best to improve your stay.

La climatisation. Proximité de la ville et plage correcte (en marchant un peu).

Le logement a besoin d'un coup de modernité. Il y a des équipements mais trop vieux. Le four est mini. La literie à l'étage est inconfortable. La salle de bain est très vieillotte (douche avec rideau). Les wc sont propres mais à changer car trop bas et lunette qui bouge. Le logement a besoin d'être réorganisé pour faire un lieu de vie plus agréable. Pour notre part, trop de proximité avec les voisins. La vue sur mer (comme indiquée) est limite.
