The location is at a nice and quiet place and is recommended for families. Overall experience was good.

I tried to use the heater for the kids, but it was not working. Maybe it was not working or something else.

Correspond to expectations

Location is perfectly in the center of Rovereto. Very pleasant town. Restaurants are going to be closed around 9 p.m. on working days. Pizza ordering is still available.

Very good but can get better

Location is great in the center of city, and by car close to Lake Garda. The owner is very friendly, he helped us carry the bags and guided us from the parking to the appartment (parking is 2 blocks away, you have to pay 1€ per hour). Kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean.

There is no WiFi in the apartment. There are no fans and no air conditioning (to sleep in summer is hot).

The location is great. Right in the centre of the town. It can't be better actually. The apartment was clean and nice.

A woman who was supposed to clean the apartment after our check out, opened the door of the apartment one hour before the time the actual check out (without knocking the door or sending us a message beforehand). Her behaviour was rather rude, and gave an unpleasant feeling. However, the owner of the apartment apologized for this episode later on.

Non la consiglio assolutamente

L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione della casa perchè è in centro vicino a un Conad e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Ci hanno consegnato l'appartamento senza bidè poichè si era rotto il giorno prima e nonostante il disagio non è stato previsto nessuno sconto anche se la casa il bidè lo prevedeva e oltretutto non c'era traccia di saponi omaggio (a cui hanno provveduto il giorno dopo). La casa è sporchissima, la signora delle pulizie gioca sul fatto che il proprietario prima di consegnare casa non controlla che tutto sia apposto, lascio una foto dello schifo che c'era sotto il letto. Lasciano come coperta un copriletto (altra foto)..suppongo che nessuno gli abbia spiegato la differenza tra copriletto e coperta, tanto che ho dovuto richiamare il proprietario per far alzare i termosifoni. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, quindi ci sono delle scale da fare (foto). In bagno non c'è la finestra, la bajour era rotta e credo che non metterò più piede in questo posto..il proprietario dice che il suo appartamento costa meno di un ostello e io gli rispondo che "se fosse vero" (ma non lo è)..probabilmente è perchè forse in un ostello si sta meglio...

Appartamento in pieno centro, ampio e pulito, zona molto tranquilla. Facilmente raggiungibile la stazione, il Mart. Nelle vicinanze c'e' la Conad. Consigliato

mancava la carta igienica.
