Everything, the place was roomy, well appointed, light filled, tastefully decorated, balconies with great views to the square, park, and the city, great bathroom amenities, comfortable couches.
Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning, looking out to the Nea Smyrni square and Alsos park.
The building wasn’t boxed in by other buildings which allowed for great local views.
The lift is very small only fits 2 people, there was constant neighbourhood cigarette smoke on the entrance to the door…were non smokers.
The beds were a little hard, my adult daughter ended up sleeping on the couch during the last few days.

There are many shops, restaurants, cafeterias etc. near the apartment.
The location is a bit far away from the places we were interested in visiting, but there is good transportation.
The corridor on the floor of the apartment stinks from smoke.

Very easy and friendly communication. Modern and fully equipped apparment with a great location in the centre of Nea Smyrni. The tram is close by and connects you easily to the center of Athens and the coast and beaches.
