Spacious 3 bedroom villa above Loggos with lovely swimming pool, amazing sea view and nice well kept gardens. Property is very private and not overlookeed in any way. Brick built BBQ,charming pergola terrace beside swimming pool for alfresco dining
Covered porch terrace entire length of house with wicker effect lounge chairs and coffee table, which can be gated to keep small children out of pool area.
Nice open plan living/dining area with well equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (one ensuite).
Loggos village is just over eight minutes walk from the house down the donkey steps. The stunning Kipos and Kipiadi beaches are just ten mins walk from the house.

Villa Costas was just what we needed for a very enjoyable stay on Paxos. The pool and outdoor areas were well used and the location was ideal, just a short walk up and down the donkey tracks to Loggos.
Costas was very helpful and hospitable all times.

We absolutely loved our stay in Costas’s villa. It was clean, spacious, has a great pool and a fantastic view over the sea. Loggos and Paxos are both beautiful and we will definitely be returning to stay at Villa Costas. The cat is also brilliant and very friendly!

The property was fabulous and so too was the helpfulness of Costas, the owner before and during our stay. Before our stay Costas answered all our questions promptly via email. The property was actually bigger than anticipated both inside and out and had the most magnificent views from the pool area. We only had a very short and pleasant walk (7 mins) down to the village. We spent every evening having pre dinner drinks at Costas' bar (Roxy's). Costas and his partner Danielle were always so helpful, attentive and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend a stay villa Costas!
