The owner is local and lives right beside the villa. He is a nice gentleman.
I liked it all but a common area indoors would be nice. This is really like 5 individual hotel rooms and one small kitchen and common area. This is only a minor complaint as it was as close to perfect as you can get!

It was a fabulous experience to stay at Roveta Apartment. The host was very nice and gave us a great help reg. travel and tips to various places. Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, easy to drive to attractions. Recommended for families travelling with a car.

Very spacious and luxury 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment located in the historical 15th century villa situated 20-25 minutes drive from center of Florence on one of the hills in near proximity to Scandicci. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry-room. Large garden and patio. Very quiet neighborhood. Ideal for families travelling with a car. Hosts are very cordial and kind people.
