Niezła lokalizacja, na peryferiach miasta, ale blisko sklepu, z widokiem na góry. Funkcjonalny układ lokalu, dobrze działąjące WiFi, duża umywalka w łazience.
Drobne niedoróbki i zaniedbania: brak jakiejkowiek półeczki pod prysznicem, brak zamknięcia w drzwiach od łazienki, niedomykające się drzwi wejściowe, obluzowane gniazdko w kuchni, niedobór naczyń do gotowania.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, jeśli chodzi o wyjazd na narty. Blisko sklep spożywczy i restauracja z dobrymi posiłkami. Mieszkanie ma podstawowe wyposażenie w kuchni.
Niewygodne łóżka, uciążliwy hałas w nocy zza ściany, który zepsuł cały wyjazd. Brak szaf na ciuchy.
